Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban P.C. is pleased to announce that Christopher P. Saady, whose practice concentrates on litigation, has joined the firm's Chesapeake office. Prior to joining Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban P.C., he was Senior Staff Counsel at a large insurance company where he provided litigation defense to the company's insured policy holders. Mr. Saady also served as a tort claims attorney for the Office of the Judge Advocate General, Department of the Navy. His extensive background in tort litigation, including medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and litigation strategy, complements the firm's dedication to these practice areas.

Mr. Saady received his B.A., cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University and his J.D. from Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. He served his country as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps and the Reserve. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Fourth Circuit.
