Lightcollar, Inc and Ems Factory, Inc enter into a definite merger agreement to launch Ems Find, on-demand mobile medical transportation platform

PHILADELPHIA, May 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ems Find, Inc (f/k/a Lightcollar, Inc) (OTCQB: EMSF), a Nevada Corporation and Ems Factory, Inc., Philadelphia based healthcare provider focusing on providing medical transportation, developing and marketing on-demand mobile applications, healthcare consulting services, hereby announce that they have entered into definitive merger of their respective companies, which was formally signed on March 31, 2015.

The newly merged company has changed its name to Ems Find, Inc in connection with the transaction to reflect the combined companies business going forward.  The combined companies will be integrated to launch an on-demand medical transportation platform, utilizing newly developed advanced mobile technology designed to connect healthcare providers and the public with medical transportation companies in order to schedule medical transports in a timely, efficient, professional and cost effective manner.

The company plans on filing the audited financials of Ems Factory, Inc in Form 8-K to finalize the merger, in the middle of June, 2015.
