Land Title Insurance Company Names Steven Black President and COO
Steven D. Black has been promoted to president and chief operating officer for Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. Black joined Westcor in 2015 as vice president, Texas regional manager, later expanding his leadership to oversee the western area, which includes 17 states.
