NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kirby McInerney LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of all persons or entities that acquired Health Insurance Innovations, Inc. (HIIQ) securities during the period from August 2, 2017 through September 11, 2017 (the “Class Period”).
