LONG GROVE, Ill. – The Kemper Insurance Companies has announced it is combining its risk management and loss administration services into a single platform to sell its capabilities independently to new customers. These services include claims administration; medical and disability management that include return to work services; loss control services to help clients control workers compensation, liability and property loss exposures; and legal bill audit services.
"Kemper has long been known for the quality of the service we provide, and we have every intention of maintaining our outstanding reputation," said Patricia A. Drago, president of Kemper’s service platform, NATLSCO, Inc. "We are building on a solid foundation of existing business and, by becoming more independent, are a more viable option for new wholesale and retail business.”
Kemper will combine its services business into NATLSCO, Inc., a subsidiary of Kemper set up as National Loss Control Service Corporation more than 30 years ago to offer services independently. In addition, NATLSCO, Inc. will begin discussions with potential outside investors to assume an equity stake in the company.
NATLSCO, Inc., a Kemper company, offers one of the broadest arrays of unbundled and integrated risk management services in the industry, including solutions for claims management, loss control services, medical and disability management services and third party administration.
