Kadnar was named Divisional President of its Property & Inland Marine Division, succeeding Dale Kelley, who will retire in June 2017. Ms. Kadnar joined the Company in 1988 as a Senior Auditor and has since held various roles of increased responsibility, most recently serving as Divisional Senior Vice President of the Property & Inland Marine Division. She has over 28 years of industry experience.

Ms. Kadnar graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
