Insurify Wins 2016 Best Insurance Website Award

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Insurify, the intelligent insurance marketplace and creators of the first virtual insurance agent, announced today that www.insurify.com has won The Web Marketing Association’s 2016 Outstanding Website Award in the insurance category during its annual WebAward Competition.

This is the first time in the competition’s 17-year history, that the award has gone to a startup. GEICO was last year’s winner while previous recipients have included Progressive and Liberty Mutual. The winner is selected by top executives in digital marketing, advertising, design and public relations. The judges evaluated the site in 7 categories: design, copywriting, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation and use of technology.

Insurify, which launched its intelligent insurance marketplace in January this year, helps drivers compare, customize and buy insurance policies from 102 carriers including Progressive, Esurance, Travelers, Safeco and The General. The site also provides an intelligent insurance recommendation engine which advises the customer on the right coverages for their individual needs.
