Insurance Licensing Services of America Announces Lynda Colucci, of Los Angeles, As Winner of the 2015 $5000 Referral Sweepstakes

Beginning in 2009, Insurance Licensing Services of America ("ILSA") started sponsoring an annual $5000 Referral Sweepstakes where industry professionals could refer colleagues to ILSA for compliance assistance. Each time a referral becomes a new ILSA client, the referring individual's name is automatically entered into the sweepstakes.

On January 20, 2016, Lynda Colucci was randomly selected as the winner of the 2015 $5000 Referral Sweepstakes. Lynda works as the Regional Underwriting Manager for Professional Lines for a global insurance carrier, in Los Angeles, CA. She has been a part of the industry since 1979. Following a congratulatory phone call, and a few emails - where Lynda's first response was: "I'm still in disbelief! You people are crazy giving money away..." - a check in the amount of $5,000 was issued.

Lynda has not yet decided what she will do with her winnings, stating: "Have no idea. Maybe buy something fun. Marilyn Monroe said a girl can never have too many diamonds or pairs of shoes." When asked if she would consider referring ILSA to colleagues in the future, she replied: "Without question ... in a heartbeat."

The $5000 Referral Sweepstakes rules are drafted and maintained by Compliance Sweepstakes Services, LLC, in Stonington, CT. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may have; the more they refer, the more entries they may accumulate. Approximately two weeks following the end of the sweepstakes period - which runs a full calendar year - a winner is randomly selected by a third-party vendor. Once eligibility of winner is verified, a check is issued by ILSA. The check is payable directly to the winner, no credits, coupons, or gimmicks.
