Hub International Acquires the Assets of Georgia-Based RFO Enterprises, Inc.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of RFO Enterprises, Inc. (RFO). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Marietta, Georgia, RFO specializes in commercial lines insurance solutions for the trucking and logistics industry. RFO’s Randy O'Neil, Principal, will join Hub Transportation, and report to Dennis Templeton, Central Regional Executive Vice President, Hub Transportation.
