Great American Life Unveils Two New Fee-Based Fixed-Indexed Annuities
Great American Life® expanded its fee-based product offering with the launch of two new fixed-indexed annuities (FIAs).
The Index Protector 4 and Index Protector 5 MVA (market value adjustment) annuities are designed specifically for advisors involved in fee-based planning, making it easy to incorporate these insurance products into their investment services.
These new solutions are available in addition to Great American Life’s flagship Index Protector 7, giving advisors options for their clients seeking tax-deferred growth opportunity, principal protection and lifetime income options.
- Index Protector 7 offers greater accumulation and income opportunity.
- Index Protector 5 MVA has no early withdrawal charges and features a market value adjustment that ends after five years.
- Index Protector 4 is the only fee-based FIA without a market value adjustment and features early withdrawal charges that end after four years.
In addition to the launch of two new products, the Index Protector 7 now features a new point-to-point indexed strategy tied to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, offering clients exposure to international markets.*
“Since launching the industry’s first fee-based fixed-indexed annuity in 2016, we’ve remained committed to providing transparent products that fit the needs of Registered Investment Advisors.
