Good Day at 5:30 AM from 05:45 to 05:50 in US/Pacific

KMAX Channel 31 (Sacramento, CA)

THREE CATEGORY ATMOSPHERIC STORMS SO THAT THERE'S NO FLOODING. ISLET IS A CASE STUDY. IT'S A SELLING POINT FOR ME WAS LIKE REDUCED RATES AND FLOOD INSURANCE BECAUSE I'M LIKE I'M PAYING IT'S AROUND A YEAR AND THAT THEY DON'T WANT PAYMENTS FOR THAT. THEY WANT ALL AT ONCE. BUT THERE ARE ISSUES. EVERYBODY PITCHES IN MORE OF THAT. BUT THE THING IS, WHAT'S KIND OF PROBLEMATIC IS A LOT OF IELTS. I IS RENTERS, WHICH MEANS POLICIES MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERYONE. JUST EVERY PROPERTY. WE CAN ONLY ASSESS A FEE TO PROPERTY OWNERS, AND THAT FEE CAN ONLY GO TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS. BUT THERE'S STILL A HOPE THAT ALL THIS COMES TOGETHER AND IT'S A MODEL FOR COMMUNITIES ALL OVER THE STATE. WE'RE ACTUALLY BEEN A MULTI YEAR. OF TRYING TO BRING THE CHICKEN AND THE EGG CLOSER TOGETHER. AND THAT'S WHAT THE PILOT UM AT ISLET HAS BEEN SO VALUABLE AS IT'S REALLY CATALYZED AND BROUGHT EVERYONE TOGETHER. UC DAVIS. RESEARCHERS SAY NEW YORK CITY CAN BE A MODEL FOR THIS TYPE OF FLOOD INSURANCE. WHILE THE WET WEATHER DIDN'T STOP SOME OF OUR LOCAL FIRST RESPONDERS FROM A LITTLE COMPETITION THIS WEEKEND, MEMBERS OF SACRAMENTO'S FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS COMPETED IN A GOGGINS CHALLENGE THAT'S NAMED AFTER DAVID GOGGINS, THE NAVY SEAL. HE'S LIKE A BIG ENDURANCE ATHLETE. UH, THAT'S WHERE PARTICIPANTS RUN FOUR MILES EVERY FOUR HOURS FOR 48 HOURS STRAIGHT, AND ALL THE MONEY RAISED WILL GO TOWARDS A NOT PROFIT THAT SUPPORTS VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS REALLY COOL IN HER FINAL REGULAR SEASON COLLEGE GAME, CAITLIN ART BECAME THE NCAA S DIVISION, ONE LEADING SCORER, BREAKING A RECORD RECORD THAT ONCE DID FOR 54 YEARS. ANOTHER WEEK. ANOTHER CAITLIN CLARK RECORD, NOT EVEN A WEEK. JUST A FEW DAYS AGO, RIGHT? AND YOU KNOW WHAT I AM HERE FOR IT. I STAYED UP LATE TO WATCH THIS LAST NIGHT. CAITLYN CLARK NEEDED JUST 18 POINTS TO BREAK THE RECORD SET BY THE LATE PISTOL PETE IN HIS THREE SEASONS AT LSU FROM 1967 TO 1970. SHE DID. THAT IN THE FIRST HALF AND THEN FINISH THE GAME WITH A TOTAL OF 35 POINTS AS SHE AND THE IOWA HAWKEYES BEAT OHIO STATE BUCKEYES LAST NIGHT. THERE SHE IS, THAT'S HOW SHE GOT IT IN THAT FREE THROW. THE CROWD, OF COURSE, WENT WILD, AND SHE JUST EVEN KILLED RIGHT BECAUSE SHE'S GOT A GAME TO FINISH. TWO WEEKS AGO, CLARK BECAME THE NCAA WOMEN'S DIVISION ONE SCORING LEADER FIVE DAYS AGO, SHE SAID THE ALL TIME WOMEN'S COLLEGE BASKETBALL RECORD, CLARK HAS AT LEAST TWO MORE COLLEGE GAMES TO PLAY IOWA. EXPECTED TO GO TO THE WOMEN WOMEN'S NCAA TOURNAMENT. CLARK HAS ALREADY DECLARED FOR THE 2024 W NBA DRAFT ON APRIL 15TH. WE WERE ALL WONDERING WHETHER OR NOT SHE WAS GOING TO DO THAT, AND SHE DID DECIDE THAT, IN FACT, SO WE WILL SEE WHERE SHE LANDS, BUT I LOVE SEEING THE CROWDS, OF COURSE, ALL THE KIDS WITH THEIR SIGNS PRETTY INCREDIBLE WHAT SHE HAS DONE FOR THE SPORT OF BASKETBALL REALLY, REALLY EXCITING. AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY IF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHO CAITLIN CLARK IS. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. DO YOUR
