Gensuite Releases Enhancements to Award-Winning Audit Assistant

As part of Gensuite's integrated Audit & Compliance Assurance program suite, Audit Assistant is the audit team's sandbox; facilitating quick data entry while walking the floor, audit team collaboration and quick reference to audit protocols, leveraging the latest in mobile and offline technology. The enhancements added to Audit Assistant include a batch edit capability as well as offline download/upload features.

Batch editing allows auditors to quickly convert observations into findings with one click, while the download/upload feature templates and transfers findings onto an Excel sheet for easy editing and revisions. This feature streamlines audit management by allowing users to make batch edits to observations within the template, and enables easy export into the Gensuite Action Tracking System, which allows sites to track and drive corrective actions to closure. As part of these enhancements, Audit Assistant now automatically displays the history of each observation, including updates made by each audit team member throughout the audit.
