Houston, TX -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/02/2018 -- Houston, Texas-based Genova Health, LLC has added Austin, Texas-based Accountable Aging Care Management and ProperCare, two premier providers of care management services, to the Genova Health family of companies. On March 31, 2018, Genova Health closed on its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Accountable Aging Care Management and ProperCare. The acquired entities now operate under the Accountable Aging Care Management brand, and the entire team at each acquired entity, including management, has joined Genova Health.
