ExecThread Unveils a Premium Executive-level Candidate Sourcing Platform
ExecThread, the world's largest community of diverse executive-level talent, announced today the launch of its premium candidate sourcing platform.
ExecThread has developed a performance-based job posting service which connects employers and executive recruiters to ExecThread's highly vetted member base. During the 3-month beta test of the premium job postings platform, over 250 executive-level job openings were marketed to ExecThread members by >200 different hiring companies, which resulted in more than 5,000 applicants, hundreds of interviews, and multiple hires. Of the jobs marketed, 60% were for VP, SVP and C-Suite level roles (with the remainder for Director & Senior Director roles) and 40% of the jobs were not posted on any other job platform or company website other than ExecThread.
With nearly 50% of its 40,000+ members coming from underrepresented groups (women, people of color, LGBTQ+, Veterans), ExecThread provides a unique resource to both executive recruiters and employers alike.
