Esten & Richard Agency Joins World Insurance Associates

Iselin, NJ, Feb. 27, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- World Insurance Associates LLC (World), a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired the business of Esten & Richard Agency, Inc. (“Esten & Richard”) of Woonsocket, RI  on December 31, 2022. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

For over 70 years Esten & Richard has been helping clients with their insurance needs. They provide all types of Business and Personal insurance programs.

Burke advised them on the transaction. No other advisors, diligence firms or legal counsel were disclosed.
