WASHINGTON, D.C-- Congresswoman Anna Eshoo (D-CA) released the following statement today after Speaker Ryan pulled the Republican repeal of the Affordable Care Act from the House floor.

"Today is a great victory for the American people. They made their voices heard that they rejected having 24 million people thrown off their health insurance policies. I also believe they want continuing improvements to the Affordable Care Act."
