It's no secret that We Insure has been expanding at a rapid rate in Florida and Georgia throughout the past 5 years. Even after such a short period of time in the industry, their presence is evident – with almost 300 associates, 70+ locations, and countless awards and achievements. Q: How did you find out about We Insure – and how long did it take you to make the decision to partner with the company?

Originally, I had heard about We Insure through an online advertisement. I wasn't all too familiar with their model so I started asking around through various competitors in the industry and quickly found out how great of an option We Insure was to start my own insurance agency and the benefits of the franchise model offered. Shortly after our initial conversations with We Insure I knew I would be travelling to Jacksonville, FL to meet the executive team. At that point I was really WOW'ed in regards to the appointments, operations, and the overall culture of the franchise. I won't lie, I was looking at some other franchises at the time and quickly came to the conclusion We Insure was the best option for my success.

Q: What do you think will be some of the advantages of being a We Insure agency owner as opposed to an independent agency owner?

There are many benefits of being a We Insure Agency Owner. Two key elements are the appointments and industry leading customer service. Being able to provide clients with a wide range of options in the state of Florida allows me to do my job best. At the end of the day, my success coincides with my customer's satisfaction. We may not be able to control rates or storms but we can offer you options to provide you with some of the most competitive pricing with reputable companies in the state of Florida. We Insure has a great platform for training/licensing customer service representatives which puts me at ease knowing my clients are being provided with reliable service.

Q: What excites you most about being a part of "Team WE"?

What isn't there to be excited about? The WE family will be growing exponentially over the next few years. I am extremely excited to work hand in hand with our Customer Service Reps to provide the best experience and information to our clients. We Insure isn't just a company but a family. From my personal experience in training in Jacksonville, FL you can definitely tell the culture and environment is top notch and I think that's what most important in a company. WE is simply different than their competitors and offers great service, experience, information, and culture.

Q: Where do you see your agency, and We Insure as a whole, within the next few years?

I expect to see We Insure grow as the largest franchise in the state as well as top in the nation. In a few years I fully expect to be the best known Central Florida agency.
