The battle over one of President Obama's signature achievements and his legacy broke out into the open on an exceptional day in Washington, Wednesday. With Republicans promising to repeal the Affordable Care Act, which provides 20 million Americans with health insurance -- the two sides made a very public statement by gathering in separate camps. VOA's Katherine Gypson reports.
