Dallas jury convicts pharmacy owner of kickback fraud in pain cream case
A Dallas federal jury on Thursday convicted the owner of several compounding pharmacies of paying illegal marketing kickbacks for expensive and ineffective pain creams and other medications, the Justice Department said.
