Paris J. Desimone Jr., 33, of Kulpmont, time served sentence, $300 fine plus costs for indirect criminal contempt.
Georgiana Hartley, 48, of Milton, five years' probation with restrictive conditions including 90 days on house arrest, 18-month driver's license suspension, $1,500 fine plus costs for DUI; six months' probation with restrictive conditions including 72 hours on house arrest, 12-month driver's license suspension, $1,000 fine plus costs for DUI.
Michael Burkholder, 44, of Turbotville, 12 months' probation, $100 fine plus costs, $40 restitution to Michael Poust for theft of lost or mislaid property.
Laquan Sartin, 36, of Scranton, 12 months' probation, $100 fine plus costs for false identification.
Dustin James Schlagle, 26, of Shamokin, three days to six months in county jail, 12-month driver's license suspension, $1,000 fine plus costs for DUI.
Angela Rider, 46, of Milton, one-year probation, $50 fine plus costs for insurance fraud; one-year probation, $50 fine plus costs for false insurance claim; one-year probation, $50 fine plus costs for criminal attempt to commit theft by deception.
Rex Millington, 41, of Sunbury, two years' probation with restrictive conditions including six months on house arrest, 12-month driver's license suspension, $500 fine plus costs for DUI.
Omar Johnson, 42, of Coal Township, 24 to 48 months in state prison, costs for possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Shawn Hartman, 51, of Coal Township, one-year probation, $100 fine plus costs for possessing drug paraphernalia.
Shayla Heller, 24, of Trevorton, 18 months' probation, $50 fine plus costs for unsworn falsification; 18 months' probation, $50 fine plus costs for false reports; 18 months' probation, $50 fine plus costs for a second count of false reports.
Mitchell Moyle, 27, of Danville, $100 fine plus costs for criminal trespass.
Michael Lamberson, 23, of Sunbury, 12 months' probation, $100 fine plus costs for simple assault.
John Foley, 25, of Marion Heights, 12 months' probation, $100 fine plus costs for simple assault.
Stephanie Burr, 34, of Middleburg, 10 days to 2 years minus 1 day in county jail, 12-month driver's license suspension, $500 fine plus costs for DUI.
Lukas Evans, 37, of Centre Hall, five years' probation with restrictive conditions including 90 days on house arrest, 18-month driver's license suspension, $1,500 fine plus costs for DUI.
Robert Lee Coleman, 26, of Coal Township, two years' probation with restrictive conditions including 60 days on house arrest, 12-month driver's license suspension, $500 fine plus costs for DUI; 60 days' probation to be served on house arrest, $1,000 fine plus costs for driving under suspension; time served (47 days) to 12 months in county jail, $50 fine plus costs for false identification; six months' probation with restrictive conditions including 60 days on house arrest, 12-month driver's license suspension, $300 fine plus costs for DUI; six months' probation with restrictive conditions including 60 days on house arrest, 12-month driver's license suspension, costs for DUI.
Kenneth Elliott Jr., 32, of Coal Township, recommitted to county jail to serve balance of maximum sentence that expires April 8, 2023, credit for 45 days served in prison, may apply for re-parole in three months for three counts of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Robert Hill, 59, of Mount Carmel, four months' probation, costs for disorderly conduct.
Sawsan Hadidi, 40, of Coal Township, 3 to 23 months in county jail, 269 days credit for time previously served, $200 fine plus costs for aggravated harassment by a prisoner.
