Corporate Whistleblower Center Now Urges a Medical Doctor to Call Them About Rewards If They Can Prove a Hospital or Healthcare Provider Is Paying Referral Fees to Doctors for Admissions

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Weekly News -- The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We are urging a medical doctor who has proof of a major kickback scheme involving doctors referring business to a hospital, or any type healthcare service provider to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 for a discussion about how the federal whistleblower program works and what the reward potential of your information might be worth. As we would like to explain this type of information can be incredibly valuable. Recently a medical doctor received $5,000,000 + for this exact type of information." http://CorporateWhistleblower.Com

In May of 2017 the Department of Justice announced two hospitals in Missouri had agreed to pay the United States $34,000,000 to settle allegations that they violated the False Claims Act by engaging in improper financial relationships with referring physicians. The settlement resolved allegations that the hospitals submitted false claims to the Medicare Program for chemotherapy services rendered to patients referred by oncologists whose compensation was based in part on a formula that improperly-took into account the value of their referrals of patients to the infusion center operated by the hospitals. Federal law restricts the financial relationships that hospitals and clinics may have with doctors who refer patients to them.

The Corporate Whistleblower Center is saying, "If you are a medical doctor or a healthcare professional and you have significant proof a hospital or any type of healthcare company is gouging Medicare with up-coding or unnecessary medical procedures and or the healthcare company is up to their eyeballs in a major physician referral kickback scheme please call us at 866-714-6466 and allow us try to figure out the reward potential of your information. Why sit on a winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it may have been worth?" http://CorporateWhistleblowerCenter.Com

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a major whistleblower. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It's a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower's information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company or individual to come clean Stark anti-kickback laws or overbilling Medicare. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it's sufficient, we will help find the right law firms to assist in advancing your information."

The Corporate Whistleblower Center wants to emphasize they believe there are high quality medical doctor whistleblowers in every state including California, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Nebraska,Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, or Alaska-when it comes to specific information about major schemes to overbill Medicare or healthcare companies that are involved in payoffs to medical doctors for admissions-or unnecessary medical procedures or products.

The Corporate Whistleblower Center is the premier advocate for whistleblowers in the United States. Unlike any group in the US, they can assist potential whistleblowers with packaging their information and providing the whistleblower with access to the most accomplished whistleblower attorneys in the nation. For more information, potential whistleblowers can contact the Corporate Whistleblower Center at 866-714-6466 or visit http://CorporateWhistleblower.Com.
