As a company serving diverse populations, we know a workforce that reflects those we serve helps us to better connect with our members and deliver the best possible care . Additionally, our uniquely local approach focuses on addressing our members' specific needs based on local factors that impact their well-being . This goes beyond providing access to healthcare and includes addressing other essential factors that have been proven to drive health outcomes, including reliable transportation, safe housing, access to healthy foods, clean water, and other environmental factors .

Through an interdisciplinary office, our business partners work in direct collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide customized support for our members, providers, customers, partners, vendors and others . Partnerships with several teams, including External Affairs, the People Team (Human Resources), the Growth Office, Procurement and Health Equity, amplified the impact of our strategy to support improved quality performance, enhance the member experience and drive positive business outcomes .
