After entering guilty pleas, Dudley's bond was revoked and he was taken back into custody. Because the crimes are sexual in nature, his sentencing will be conducted after a psychiatric evaluation.
Dudley was arrested in early September at his home on the 2200 block of
At the time of his arrest, two college students, ages 19 and 24, were reportedly living at the residence, and three teenage girls who considered Dudley a family friend were staying there overnight.
Dudley's proposed prison sentence will be followed by three years of community supervision. He will be ordered to pay fees of
