In October, Conduent became better positioned to support the State of Kansas Department of Administration's mission to provide excellent customer service and more cost-effective business practices. The company's new status as a preferred provider enables us to introduce Kansas' agency leaders to Conduent Government Services that are helping states across the country more easily and effectively deliver healthcare, enrollment, eligibility and payment programs.
We are proud to strengthen our long-standing relationship with the state of Kansas. In recent years, we have supported the state's Department of Health and Environment with eligibility services for Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance programs, delivered services for Elderly, Disabled, and Long-Term Care Medical programs, and helped modernize the case management system for the Department for Children and Families (DCF) to enhance service to approximately 131,000 children and their parents.
Conduent will work across all seven consulting categories directed by the state: Strategic Planning, Project Management & Administration, Financial & Performance Management, Audit & Compliance, Organization and Change Management, Technology and Evolving Needs.
Conduent continues to be a leader in supporting government health programs, serving approximately 119 million residents across the United States. We help state and federal agencies deliver essential services more efficiently, reduce operational costs, increase participation in government programs, and improve compliance.
