BRIEF: Free estate-planning workshop set in Oxnard

Feb. 02--A free estate-planning workshop and "get to know us" event will be offered by CunninghamLegal on Feb. 6 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m

The workshop will provide information about commonly held misconceptions regarding creating an estate plan as well as information about recent changes in the law that can affect the structure of a successful estate plan.

The presentation will discuss how to avoid potential problems related to wills, trusts, advance health care directives and powers of attorney.
