BPM Names James Su Managing Director in Firm’s Real Estate Group
The move marks the latest expansion to BPM’s growing real estate group. With skilled experts capable of providing accounting, tax and consulting services, the group represents a “one-stop shop” to those in the real estate industry or who deal with real estate-related issues. In addition to leading construction cost segregation studies, Su will leverage his technical expertise to advise on a variety of real estate projects, including purchase price allocation, depreciation optimization, fixed asset accounting systems, valuation, insurance values and rehabilitation tax credits.
“From his time spent working at the Big Four and managing his own real estate tax and advisory consultancy – to his firsthand experience in the construction industry – James’ credentials are impeccable,” said
Says Su, “Having worked with BPM as a consultant in the past, I can speak with full confidence about the skill and professionalism with which BPM employees conduct themselves. In a world of increasing specialization, I’m impressed by how well the team members in the real estate group work together and feed off each other’s particular strengths to ensure clients receive comprehensive, expert guidance in a wide breadth of areas. I look forward to contributing to the further expansion of the real estate group and to working creatively with the team to improve the group’s already-high levels of service.”
