Arch Street Capital Sells 169,542 SF FBI Field Office in Salt Lake City, Utah

GREENWICH, Conn., Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Arch Street Capital Advisors, a real estate investment advisory firm, announced the sale of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Field Office in Salt Lake City, on behalf of an institutional client. The property is a 169,542 SF state of the art, mission critical facility that is 100% leased to the United States General Services Administration on behalf of the FBI.

Strategically located adjacent to the Salt Lake City International Airport, the built-to-suit property was completed for the tenant in 2012.  The property houses FBI's Salt Lake Field Office, which is tasked with overseeing operations in Utah, Idaho and Montana.  The property was specifically designed and built for the FBI under a 20-year original lease with the highest quality specifications.  This Class A, specialized asset is backed by the credit of the U.S. Government and has 15-years of remaining lease term with no cancellation options, providing strong credit and stability for the new owner through 2032.
