Applied Systems today announced the upcoming general global release of Applied TAM 2017. The latest release of Applied TAM furthers the company's continued investment in advancing Applied TAM's capabilities to further automate business operations, enhance compliance, and increase insurer connectivity.
Applied TAM provides insurance agencies and brokerages the ability to automate daily operational processes, effectively manage client policy information and seamlessly connect with insurers and insureds. Through an automated and easy-to-navigate interface, Applied TAM offers greater visibility into clients and day-to-day agency and brokerage operations to reduce time spent on administrative tasks, decrease errors and omission risk, provide a seamless employee onboarding and training experience, and better respond to client needs.
Key enhancements in the latest release of Applied TAM include:
- Optimized client servicing workflows: Ensure speed of service for insureds with enhanced attachment, policy search, and renewal workflows.
- Insurer connectivity:
U.S. agencies can review expected premium renewal rate changes for the most placed Commercial Lines of business through Market Appetite. Canadian brokerages can launch Applied ITV and ezITV directly from Applied TAM within the Habitational Application. - Enhanced compliance: Utilize updated versions of Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Property to assist in maintaining compliance.
