Applied TAM provides any agency or brokerage the ability to better automate daily operational processes, management of client policy information and connectivity with carriers and insurers, enabling an entire agency or brokerage to be more productive and focus on their core business of client relationships and selling insurance. Through an automated and easy-to-navigate interface, Applied TAM offers greater visibility into clients and day-to-day agency and brokerage operations to reduce time spent on administrative tasks, decrease errors and omission risk, provide a seamless employee onboarding and training experience, and better respond to client needs. Applied TAM automates more independent insurance brokerages than any other agency or brokerage management system.
Key enhancements for the latest release of Applied TAM include:
• Enhanced Claims Download management: Applied TAM 2015 allows U.S. users to download, view, and store carrier claim descriptions independently of the agency or brokerage's claim description, providing users a complete view of the claims filing. Additionally, Claims Suspense enables users to multi-select and assign suspense items associated to the same claim in a single click, increasing staff productivity.
• Increased integration with Applied CSR24 and Applied MobileProducer: With this latest release of Applied TAM, agencies and brokerages can now make carrier Activity Notes or insurer eDocs viewable to clients through Applied CSR24 and to producers who use Applied MobileProducer, reducing time spent on duplicative actions and improving client servicing capabilities.
• Enhanced usability: Policy Quick View 2.0 has been expanded with additional views of lines of business, including Watercraft, Inland Marine, and Personal Umbrella, streamlining workflows for increased efficiency and quicker client servicing. Additionally, new client data purge capabilities allow an agency or brokerage to eliminate all system data for specific clients or prospects based on parameters, such as a specific timeframe or inactivity, increasing compliance with corporate data retention policies and guidelines and minimizing time-consuming, individual tasks to delete this data.
