Sunday, August 2

Robert Skaggs, 21, homeless, pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested for two Magistrate Court warrants for FTP, and a Municipal Court warrant for FTA. Skaggs was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in respective courts.

Ruben Sanchez, 21, of the 200 block of Old Mescalero Road, pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested on a District Court Warrant for probation violation and additionally cited

a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for concealing identity, after giving officers a false name and date of birth. Sanchez was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in respective courts.

Maggie Mondragon, 21, of the 1900 block of Juniper, pursuant to a found child, was

issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for cruelty to children, after Mondragon’s 2-year-old child was found walking alone on Juniper. It was learned Mondragon became intoxicated inside her vehicle leaving the child unsupervised. The child was able to exit the vehicle and was later located by a passerby. To appear in Municipal Court.

Brittany Beltran, 27, of Bridal Falls, pursuant to a disturbance at the hospital (2669 N. Scenic) was arrested for battery on a healthcare worker. Beltran while being evaluated became upset, where she swung and struck a healthcare worker causing an injury. Beltran was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in Magistrate Court.

Matthew Vega, 28, of the 2300 block of Camino Del Rey, pursuant to a shots fired investigation at the aforementioned residence was issued a non-traffic citation for negligent use of a firearm. Vega while intoxicated, fired one round from a semi automatic handgun in the air while standing in his front yard. Vega is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Mariah L. Partian, 35, of the 900 block of Brooks Avenue, pursuant to contact at the aforementioned residence, was arrested on a no bond hold Magistrate Court bench warrant for two counts of forgery of lottery tickets stemming from an investigation that occurred on July 19, 2019. Partian was an employee of a convenience store and stole $795 worth of lottery tickets and cashed out the winning tickets worth $593. Partian was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.

Anton G. Ziny, 32, of the 400 block of Plainview, pursuant to an agency assist with OCSO, was arrested on a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to appear. Ziny was booked, then released to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Maria Candelaria, 35, of the 1100 block of Monroe Avenue, pursuant to contact at a traffic stop, was arrested on a no bond hold Magistrate Court bench warrant for failure to appear. Candelaria was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.

Suzette Marrufo, 22, of the 2200 block of North Florida Avenue, pursuant to a traffic stop, was arrested on a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines and cited for not have a driver’s license. Marrufo was booked, then released on her own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Dalton J. Cairns, 24, of the 2200 block of North Florida, pursuant to a traffic stop, was arrested on two Municipal Court bench warrants for failure to pay fines and failure to appear, a no bond hold Magistrate Court bench warrant for failure to appear and a Magistrate Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines. Cairns was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in the respectful Courts as scheduled.

Storm: At approximately 7 p.m., a stormed moved in with rain and heavy winds causing several power outages which affected traffic signal lights on 10th Street at the intersections with Washington Avenue and College Avenue, several streetlights and businesses along 10th and immediate area. APD and AFD responded to a residence located on the 2200 Block of North Florida Avenue in reference to a large tree was blown over on top of a vehicle and partially on the residence, no reported injuries. APD Officers also responded to more than 14 alarm calls due to the weather. No other significant damages or injuries were reported at this time and the power was subsequently restored.

Saturday, August 1

Rene Marrujo, 59, of the 700 block of Posey Lane, pursuant to a disturbance at Motel 6 located at 251 Panorama Blvd, was arrested for a Magistrate Court warrant for FTA. Marrujo was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in Magistrate Court.

Judi Anne Marrujo, 33, of the 700 block of Posey Lane, pursuant to a disturbance at Motel 6 located at 251 Panorama Boulevard, was arrested on a Magistrate Court no bond warrant for FTA and a Municipal Court warrant for FTA. Marrujo was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in respective courts.

Anthony Martinez-Torres, 27, of Tularosa, pursuant to a disturbance at Motel 6 located at 251 Panorama, was issued a Magistrate Court non-traffic citation for battery on a household member, after he struck his girlfriend in the face during an argument. To appear in Magistrate Court.

Samuel Anderson, 44, of the 1500 block of Vermont Avenue, pursuant to a traffic stop, was arrested and charged with DWI driving while revoked with the arrest clause and issued citations for display of current registration and no proof of insurance. Anderson was incarcerated at OCDC pending bond and is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.

Gabriel Brady, 30, of the 800 Lindberg Avenue, pursuant to contact on the 100 Block of North White Sands Boulevard, was arrested on a No Bond Hold 12th Judicial District Court bench warrant for failure to appear. Brady was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in District Court as scheduled.

Friday, July 31

Gabriel Vazquez, 30, of the 100 block of Dog Ranch Road, pursuant to a shoplifting call at the Dollar General located at 900 US Highway 70, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for shoplifting after he ran from the store with concealed merchandise. To appear in Municipal Court.

Mauricio Agudelo, 24, of the 1000 block of Arapaho Road, pursuant to contact at the 1300 block of Ninth Street was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for FTA. Agudelo was released back to the courts.

Jesus Rodriguez Jr., 28, of the 1400 block of Cuba Avenue, pursuant to an agency assist with State Police, was arrested on a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to appear or failure to pay fines. Rodriguez was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Derrick Wellington, 38, of the 600 block of Sunrise, pursuant to crash on the 500 block of Sunrise, was arrested and charged with DWI and careless driving. Wellington was booked, then released on his own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle: At approximately 1:31 a.m., officers made contact with a female subject in the parking lot of Motel 6, 251 Panorama Boulevard, sitting in a vehicle. A registration inquiry revealed the vehicle was reported stolen from Tatum, NM Police Department. The vehicle, a blue 2009 Chevy 4 door, was seized and upon inventory of the vehicle, illegal contraband was located. Two possible suspects were identified and the investigation is on going.

Thursday, July 30

A 9-year-old boy pursuant to a trespassing complaint on the 1300 Block of 14th Street, is being referred to the Juvenile Probation Office for resisting or obstructing an officer. He fled from officers when being approached and refused to obey commands to stop, but was shortly apprehended. He was released to his mother pending contact from JPO.

Sabryna Brandt, 39, of the 700 block of Post, pursuant to a traffic stop, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked with an arrest clause. Brandt was additionally cited for child passenger restraints and seatbelts required. Brandt was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

A 17-year-old boy pursuant to a trespassing investigation at 1800 Oregon Ave, (Oregon Park) was referred to JPPO for trespassing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found on park property after hours which had marked park closure hour signs. Officers when making contact located Marijuana and a blunt. He was released to the custody of a parent and JPPO was notified.

A 16-year-old girl pursuant to a trespassing investigation at 1800 Oregon Ave, (Oregon Park) was referred to JPPO for trespassing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was found on park property after hours which had marked park closure hour signs. Officers when making contact located marijuana and a blunt. She was released to the custody of a Guardian and JPPO was notified.

Wednesday, July 29

MaryLou D Alva, 67, of Duran Avenue pursuant to contact at Municipal Court was served with Municipal Court Warrant for FTP. Alva was released to the courts for immediate appearance.

Richard Wallett, 33 of Roswell, NM, pursuant to suspicious person at Allsup’s, 1300 Indian Wells was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance (heroine), possession of controlled substance (Alprazolam) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wallett was ultimately incarcerated and is to appear in Magistrate Court as ordered.

Matthew Eaker, 31 of Tularosa, pursuant to a disturbance call at Byrd and Post was arrested on Magistrate Court Warrant and Municipal Court Warrant and was ultimately incarcerated.

Tuesday, July 28

Robert Golightly, 64, of the 900 block of New York Avenue, pursuant to public contact was arrested on four Magistrate Court warrants for FTA. Golightly was incarcerated and is to appear in the Magistrate Court.

Paul Baca, 55, of the 1000 block of Arapaho Trail, pursuant to public contact was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for FTA, and additional issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for trespassing after he was on the property at the 1000 bloc of Bellamah, which he was previously trespassed from. Baca was released on his own recognizance. To appear in Municipal Court.

Travis Crawford, 24, of the 1400 block of Lindberg, pursuant to a disturbance at this location was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for battery. Crawford was involved in an argument with his roommate, which resulted in Crawford striking this roommate in the face area. Crawford is to appear in the Municipal Court.

Brandy Guiterrez, 41, of the 900 block of South Florida Avenue, pursuant to a shoplifting complaint at the Wal-Mart, 233 S. New York Avenue, was issued a non-traffic citation for shoplifting. Guiterrez was observed altering bar codes with another subject defrauding Wal-Mart more than $59 worth of merchandise. Guiterrez is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Javon Gary, 26, of the 2000 block of Stanford, pursuant to a domestic disturbance complaint at the aforementioned residence, was arrested and charged with child abuse, aggravated assault against a household member, false imprisonment, battery against a household member, negligent use of a firearm and possession of marijuana less than an ounce. Gary was incarcerated at OCDC pending bond and is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.

Monday, July 27

Maria Candelaria, 35, of the 1100 block of Monroe, pursuant to contact, was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for FTA. Candelaria was released back to Municipal Court.

Sherman Patterson, 54, of the 1400 block of Rathgeber Drive, was arrested for DWI, two counts of immediate notice of accidents, duty upon striking unattended vehicle. Patterson crashed into a bus, left the scene, striking another vehicle which was parked, where he drive off a second time. Patterson was incarcerated into OCDC.

Barbara Miller of 803 3rd Street reported a burglary of a storage unit located at 2220 Eudora Street, The Storage Place. It was reported sometime between 10 p.m. on July 26 and 9 p.m. on July 27, unknown person(s) forced entry into the storage unit and stole a box of miscellaneous items containing household items. No suspects have been identified; investigation continues.

Antoinette Coyazo of the 2500 block of East First Street, reported a residential burglary of the aforementioned residence. It was reported sometime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on July 26, unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence and stole a pink Michael Kors purse and wallet containing personal identifications, checks and a brown Italian jewelry box with miscellaneous jewelry. No suspects have been identified and investigation is on going.

Kara Reese, 39, claims to homeless and currently incarcerated at OCDC, was served

and charged with breaking and entering stemming from an investigation that occurred on July 25. Reese forced entry into a residence located on the 2700 Block of Birdie

Loop while the residents were away from home. Reese remains incarcerated pending

bond and is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.

Sunday, July 26

Nicole Brewer, 42, claims homeless pursuant to a disturbance at Wal-Mart (233 S. New York) was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for trespassing. Brewer is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Criminal Damage reported by Kenneth Williams. Williams reported sometime between 9 a.m.and 11 a.m. on today's date, person(s) unknown damaged the hood of his 2017 Dodge Charger while it was parked at 1776 East First Street. No suspects at this time investigation continues.

Breaking and Entering reported by Brenden Lowry of the 1300 block of Challenger. Lowry reported sometime between July 24 at 6 p.m. and July 26 at 2 p.m. person(s) unknown entered his secured residence and rummaged through the house. Nothing was taken, no suspects investigation continues.

Nolan Evans, 38 of Mescalero pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested unlawful use of license – revoked and was ultimately released to appear in Municipal Court as ordered.

Richard Lopez, 40, of the 1600 block of Hawaii Avenue, pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and was ultimately incarcerated to appear in Municipal Court when summonsed.

Saturday, July 25

Stephanie Ebner, 36 of Tularosa pursuant to a be on the lookout for a possible drunk driver was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of paraphernalia, and NM Department of Corrections arrest order. Ebner was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Municipal and District Court when notified.

Kara Reese, 39, of Alamogordo, pursuant to a breaking and entering investigation at the 2500 block of Birdie Loop was arrested for Municipal Court Warrant, two Magistrate Court warrants and was ultimately incarcerated. In addition, Reese was issued a non-traffic citation for possession of drug paraphernalia upon search of her immediate property and is to appear in Municipal Court as ordered.

Barbara Kirk 36 of the 1400 block of Hawaii pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested for DWI and was issued citations for display current valid registration and mandatory financial responsibility. Kirk is to appear in Municipal Court as ordered.

David Stevens, 37 of Hobbs, pursuant to a suspicious person at King’s Treasure, 1500 N. White Sands was issued a non-traffic citation for scavenging prohibited and is to appear in Municipal Court as ordered.

Friday, July 24

Gaylon Collins, 48, of the 900 block of Cedar pursuant to contact at Municipal Court was served with Municipal Court Warrant for FTP and FTA. Collins was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court when notified

Jared Landry, 34 of the 500 block of Linda Vista pursuant to a trespassing call was issued a Municipal court non-traffic citation for trespassing. Landry was seen on the property of Dollar Tree (2107 N. Florida) where he was previously trespassed from. Landry is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

At approximately 3 p.m. APD, AFD, and AMR were dispatched to Washington and 10th street in reference a crash with injuries. Investigation reveled a Red SUV was traveling west on 10th Street approaching the above intersection, and a white Ford Pickup pick up was traveling north on Washington also approaching above intersection. Both drivers advised they had a green light and collided in the intersection. Driver of the Ford Pickup complained of non-life-threatening injury but refused to be transported.

Kayla Showen, 22 ,of the 2100 block of Cielo Grande pursuant to a welfare check was arrested and incarcerated on Municipal Court Warrants.

Tamra Vigil, 24 of the 800 block of Ridgecrest pursuant to an investigation of littering at Allsup’s, 822 North Scenic was arrested on Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear and pursuant to her arrest was additionally charged with two counts of battery on a peace officer, resisting/obstructing an officer and intimidating a witness. Vigil was ultimately incarcerated and is to appear in Magistrate Court on her new charges.

Isaiah Vazquez,19 of the 500 block of Venus pursuant to a public contact at King’s Treasure, 1500 N. White Sands was arrested on Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear and was released to appear as ordered.

Thursday, July 23

Stolen and recovered vehicle reported by Eric Arellano of the County Clerks Office located at 1101 White Sands, received a call from the Albuquerque Police Department who advised they located one of the county vehicles in the their city. This vehicle 1997 Chevy F-10 was taken from the County Clerks parking lot around 3 p.m. on July 22. This vehicle has been returned to the county.

Briana Crane, 28, of the 1500 block of North Florida Avenue, pursuant to a traffic stop, was arrested on a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to appear. Crane was additionally cited for display of current registration and no proof of insurance. Crane was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Wednesday, July 22

Vanessa Pacheco, 33 of Tularosa, pursuant to a traffic stop was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Pacheco was in possession of a glass pipe and baggies. To appear in Municipal Court.

Joshua Thompson, 19, of the 1900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd, pursuant to an ongoing investigation was served a criminal complaint for criminal damage to property, assault and trespassing. Thompson was released back to Otero County Detention Center. To appear in Municipal Court.

Dechanel Bray, 24, of the 1900 block of Highway 54, was contacted as Municipal Court and arrested on Municipal Court warrant for FTA. Bray was released back to the custody of the courts.

Maria Candelaria, 35, of the 1100 block of Monroe Avenue, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic for animals at large. To appear in Municipal Court.

Marcus Carter, 39, of the 2400 block of Byrd, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic for animals at large, tag and collars and rabies and exposure requirement. To appear in Municipal Court.

At approximately 4:59 a.m., officers responded to a residence located on the 800 block of 25th Street in reference to a female subject who had broken into the home, stole a set of car keys, and fled the area prior to police arrival. A possible suspect has been identified and the investigation is on going.

Tuesday, July 21

Kiannah Cummings, 21, of the 600 block of Crestwood pursuant to a disturbance was issued a municipal court non-traffic citation for criminal damage to property. Cummings is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Criminal Damage reported at Fire Station 6. Through the investigation it was learned sometime between July 20 and July 21 a bullet was shot through the bay door striking the fire apparatus. No suspects currently investigation continues

Lerzilee Feliciano, 37, of the 800 block o 25th Street pursuant to disturbance was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for malicious use of a telephone. Feliciano is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Henry Katitah, 50 of Quinones Road pursuant to subject refusing to leave was arrested for two Municipal Court Warrants FTA. Katitah was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Monday, July 20

Mary Taylor, 37, of the 700 block of Brooks was arrested for two district court warrants for FTA. Taylor was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in District Court when ordered.

Ruby Dozier, 37, of the 1000 block of 24th Street pursuant to an animal at large call was issued three municipal court non-traffic citations for rabies and exposure requirements, tag and collar, and animal at large. Dozier is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Angelita Baker, 58, of the 600 block of 16th Street pursuant to an animal at large call was issued a municipal court non-traffic citation for animals at large. Baker is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Criminal Damage reported by Anthony Baca. Baca reported sometime between June 27 and July 20 at 10:20 a.m. person(s) unknown damaged their Ford F-250 by breaking the driver side window while it was parked on the 1400 block of Eddy Drive. No suspects currently investigation continues.

Catherine Schmidt, 30, of the 1300 block of Hendrix pursuant to contact at Municipal Court was served with Municipal Court Warrant for FTA. Schmidt was released to the courts for immediate appearance.

Criminal Damage reported by April Shea. Shea reported sometime between July 19 and July 20 at 5:01 p.m. person(s) unknown damaged the west rear door and the east side window of 1401 College, Chaparral Middle School. No suspects currently investigation continues.

Erick Jorgenson, 32, of Alamogordo, pursuant to a suspicious subject at First Assembly Church, 801 E. First was arrested for Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to appear and was ultimately incarcerated.

Chelsea Morales, 26, of the 1400 block of New York Avenue pursuant to contact was arrested for Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to pay, Municipal Court Warrant for failure to pay and Lea County Magistrate Warrant for failure to appear and was ultimately incarcerated.

Joshua Garcia, 21, of the 600 block of Eagle Drive pursuant to a narcotics investigation was charged with distribution of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of forfeitable property and was ultimately incarcerated to appear in Magistrate Court when summonsed.

At approximately 12:01 a.m. APD, AMR and Fire responded to the 600 block of Delaware on a vehicle crash with injuries. A white Chevy Impala was northbound on Delaware and struck an unoccupied legally parked red BMW car causing the Chevy to roll upside down. Both occupants from the Chevy car were transported to GCRMC for non-life-threatening injuries.

Carlos Smith, 47, of Moore Avenue pursuant to suspicious person at Alameda Park was arrested for two Magistrate Court Warrants for failure to pay and was additionally charged with concealing identity and park closure hours. Smith was incarcerated and is to appear in Municipal Court for the new charges.

Sunday, July 19

Michael Hernandez, 58, homeless, pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested for a Santa Fe District Court Warrant for probation violation. Hernandez was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in District Court of Santa Fe.

Criminal damage reported by Charles Miller. Miller stated sometime between July 16 and July 18, person(s) damaged the front porch window of a residence on the 1900 block of Scenic by shooting three pellets into this window. Investigation continues.

Auto Burglary reported by a William Jannisch, stated between 3:30 a.m. and 3:45 a.m. this this morning person(s) forced open a window to his 2011 GMC truck while it was parked in the Allsups parking lot, located at 2201 N. White Sands Boulevard. Once inside the subject(s) removed a bag containing medication, a tablet and a cell phone. Investigation continues.

At approximately 8:13 p.m., officers and AMR responded to the 2100 Block of Pecan Drive in reference to a single vehicle crash with injuries. Once at the scene, officers located a 30-year-old male subject laying on the roadway with visible injuries. The male was transported to GCRMC and subsequently transported to an El Paso Hospital with severe injuries. Preliminary investigation revealed the male was traveling south on Pecan Drive on an off-road dirt bike/motorcycle in a careless manner and lost control of the motorcycle crashing it. The investigation continues.

Dewan R. Gregory, 37, of the 1200 block of Hendrix Avenue, pursuant to a welfare check at the aforementioned residence, was arrested on four Municipal Court bench warrants for failure to pay fines. Gregory was incarcerated at OCDC pending bond and is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Saturday, July 18

Criminal damage, reported by Mathew Boulay advised sometime around 10:45 a.m. on July 17, person(s) threw a rock at the at the west side window of a residence at the 1600 block of Aspen, shattering the window. Investigation continues.

Jonathan Maker, 29, of the 2500 block of Yale Avenue, pursuant to contact at 1300 Indian Wells, was arrested on a no bond hold 12th Judicial District Court bench warrant for failure to appear. Maker was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in District Court as scheduled.

Gabriel Brady, 30, of the 800 block of Lindberg, pursuant to a traffic stop, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked with the arrest clause and possession of drug paraphernalia. Search incident to arrest, Brady was found to be in possession of a syringe with residue, aluminum foil with burnt residue and a glass pipe. Brady was booked, then released on his own recognizance to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Friday, July 17

Erick Nowell-Jorgensen, 33, homeless, pursuant to contact at the police station, was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for FTA. Jorgensen was released on his own recognizance. To appear in municipal court.

Gabriel Otero, 54, of the 400 block of Texas, pursuant to public contact, was arrested for a district court warrant for failure to surrender, two municipal court warrants for FTA and FTP, and was additionally issued a municipal court non-traffic citation for concealing identity. Otero was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in respective courts.

Lorenzo Martinez, 37 of Tularosa, pursuant to public contact, was arrested for three municipal court warrants for two FTAs and one FTP, and a magistrate court warrant for FTP. Martinez was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in respective courts.

Branden Daugherty, 32, homeless, pursuant to an ongoing investigation was served a criminal complaint for burglary, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and a violation of an order of protection. Daugherty was released back to the custody of OCDC. To appear in Magistrate Court.

Lynell Ortiz, 34, of the 1400 block of Alaska, pursuant to suspicious activity,was arrested for a District Court warrant FTC, and was additionally issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ortiz was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in respective Court.

Jose Diaz, 43, of the 1200 block of Desert Eve Drive, pursuant to a domestic disturbance at the 2900 block of Pecan Drive, was issued a non-traffic citation for battery against a household member. Diaz was also trespassed from the 2900 block of Pecan Drive. Diaz is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.

Thursday, July 16

Ronald Bolin, 38, of the 500 block of South White Sands pursuant to a domestic was arrested for three Municipal Court Warrants (FTA). Bolin was additionally charged with

Krissy Cachucha, 24, of the 100 block of Penn Scott Drive pursuant to a disturbance was issued a municipal court non-traffic citation for cruelty to children. Cachucha is to appear in Municipal Court when ordered.

Branden Daugherty, 32 claims homeless, pursuant to a temporary restraining order violation was arrested for Municipal Court Warrant (FTP) and aggravated stalking.

Daughter was additionally charged with temporary restraining order violation, burglary, and auto theft, from a previous case. Daugherty was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Magistrate Court and Municipal Court when notified.

Tuesday, July 14

Burglary reported by Jane Richardson, advised person(s) forced entry to the business of (Pregnancy Help Center) located at 1222 N. White Sands. Once inside subjects rummaged through the interior and stole keys to the business. This occurred between July 13 at around 5 p.m. and July 14 around 8 a.m. Investigation continues.

Criminal Damage reported by Fantasia Hooks of the 1200 Jefferson, reported sometime between July 13 around 9 p.m. and July 14 around 11 a.m., person(s) spray painted her vehicle and her neighbors vehicle with white in color paint. Investigation continues.

Destiny R. Guilez, 26, of the 500 block of Kingston, pursuant to a shoplifting complaint at the Wal-Mart, 233 S. New York, was arrested on a Magistrate Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines. Guilez was additionally issued a Municipal Court non traffic citation for shoplifting over $81 of merchandise. Guilez was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in the respective Courts as scheduled.

Auto Burglary: Joshua Martin of the 1400 block of Discovery reported unknown person(s) forced entry into his 1972 Open Road Camper Trailer while parked on the property causing damage door latch and screen door. Martin reported seeing two individuals (NOD) running from the property. No items were reported stolen. No suspects have been identified.

Monday, July 13

Stolen Vehicle reported by Cynthia Wyatt of the 2400 block of Rolland Avenue, advised her red in color 1985 Cadillac Seville was taken from her residence sometime between last night and 11 a.m. July 13. A possible suspect has been identified. Investigation continues.

John Hann, 26, of the 400 block of Canal, pursuant to public contact was arrested for four municipal court warrants for FTA. Hann was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in Municipal Court.

Criminal Damage reported by John Lapprer, advised person(s) threw a rock, shattering the front windshield of a Street Sweeper while it was parked in the 2000 block of Oregon Avenue. The damage occurred sometime between July 7 and July 13 at around 8 a.m. Investigation continues.

Unattended Death: At approximately 8:07 p.m., Officers responded to a residence located on the 600 Block of Arnold Lane in reference to an unattended death. Once on scene, officers located a 43-year-old male deceased. Detective Division was notified and OMI responded to the scene. Preliminary investigation revealed the male subject passed away due to medical/natural causes. Next of kin was notified.

Ronnie L. Farmer II, 29, of Simpson, turned himself in at APD on a municipal court bench warrant for failure to appear/pay fines. Farmer was booked, released on his own recognizance and is to appear in municipal court as scheduled.

Sunday, July 12

Macey La Borde, 19 of Alamogordo, pursuant to a welfare check was arrested for false imprisonment, assault against household member and deprivation of property of household member and was ultimately incarcerated to appear in magistrate court.

Robert Golightly, 64 of Alamogordo, was arrested for magistrate court warrant for failure to appear and was ultimately incarcerated to appear in magistrate court.

Samantha Balderama, 28 of the 1300 block of Greenwood, pursuant to a disturbance at her residence was arrested on municipal court Warrant for failure to appear and released to appear in municipal court as ordered.

Alina McKinley, 29, of the 1400 block of Jackson, pursuant to a larceny call at King’s Treasures, 1500 North White Sands was arrested on district court warrant for failure to appear and was additionally charged with larceny and concealing identity. She was ultimately incarcerated to appear in municipal court on new charges.

Jonathan Ward, 19, of the 500 block of Coronado, pursuant to a shoplifting call at Wal-Mart, 233 S. New York was charged with shoplifting and concealing identity and released to appear in municipal court.

William Gilsdorf, 40, of the 600 block of Monroe, pursuant to a shoplifting investigation at Dollar Tree, 516 East First was charged with trespassing and is to appear to appear in municipal court as ordered.

Christopher Martinez, 35 of Las Cruces, pursuant to a pursuit by Border Patrol into Alamogordo City Limits was charged with aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer and reckless driving after an officer located him in the city limits and attempted to stop the vehicle. Subject was involved in another pursuit with Otero County Sheriffs Office where he was captured and ultimately incarcerated to appear in Magistrate Court.

Andrea Arreola, 24, of the 2500 block of First Street pursuant to a public contact was arrested for municipal court warrant for FTA. Arreola was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin), resisting/obstructing an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Arreola was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in magistrate court and municipal court when notified.

Melisa Hiatt, 24, of the 700 block of Post, pursuant to a battery investigation was issued two municipal court non-traffic citations for criminal damage to property and battery. Hiatt is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Vehicle crash: a gold Dodge truck was traveling eastbound on Ninth Street when it was struck by a silver Jeep that was traveling northbound on Florida with right of way causing the truck to strike a silver Dodge van that was stopped at the westbound stop sign on Ninth Street. Driver of the Jeep was transported to GCRMC for non-life threatening injuries and the driver of the Dodge truck was cited for vehicle entering stop/yield intersection.

Nathaniel Mays, 31, of the 1600 block of Hawaii pursuant to a shoplifting call at Wal-Mart, 233 South New York was charged with trespassing and shoplifting and is to appear in court as ordered.

Criminal Damage: Xavier Horne of the 3500 block of Driftwood reported sometime between July 1 and July 5 unknown person(s) keyed his white in color 2016 Acura sedan passenger side door while it was parked at Taco Bell, 3323 N. White Sands. Investigation continues.

David Stevens, 37, of Hobbs, pursuant to a domestic was issued magistrate court non-traffic citation for battery on a household member. Stevens is to appear in magistrate court when notified.

Stephen Vazquez, 50, of the 2400 block of Telles was arrested on municipal court warrant for failure to appear and was released to the custody of the court.

Andrea Areola of Otero Village apartments reported sometime between 4 p.m. and 4:24 p.m. unknown person(s) forced entry into a secured residence and removed an unknown item and left without further incident. Investigation continues.

Lorenzo Rodriguez-Barragan, 22, of the 1900 block of Hawaii was charged with animals at large after his dogs were located off of his property.

Vehicle crash: a silver 2015 Ford car was traveling eastbound on First Street when it struck a silver 2019 Ford car that was attempting a left turn from First Street onto White Sands on unprotected light. Both drivers were transported to GCRMC for non-life threatening injuries and the driver of the 2019 Ford was cited with driver’s turning left at intersection.

John Cataloni, 26 of the 600 block of Texas Avenue, pursuant to an agency assist was arrested for municipal court warrant for FTA. Cataloni was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in municipal court when notified.

Criminal Damage reported by Erma Roth of the 1700 block of Park. Roth reported sometime between 6 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. on today’s date, person(s) unknown threw a rock through her bedroom window. No suspects currently investigation continues.

Nicole Witing, 32, of the 400 block of Canal pursuant to a domestic dispute was issued a magistrate court non-traffic citation for battery on a household member, after Witing admitted to punching her boyfriend during an argument. Witing is to appear in magistrate court when notified.

Thursday, July 9

At approximately 2:47 p.m. APD, AFD and AMR responded to the intersection of Delaware and Seventh in reference to a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation

revealed a gray 2017 Ford was traveling south and a blue 2019 Jeep was traveling east and failed to stop at the stop sign. The driver of the Ford was transported to GCRMC with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Jeep was arrested for a warrant and transported to GCRMC for medical clearance and then to OCDC.

Kyle Fisher, 27 reported to be homeless, was arrested for a Municipal Court warrant

for failure to appear after contact was made at Seventh and Delaware during a crash investigation.Fisher was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in Municipal Court.

Mary Fitzsimmons of the 1300 block of Catalina reported between 11 p.m. on July 8 and 1: 30 p.m. July 9 7/8/20 someone damaged her mothers house at the 1600 block of Encantado by breaking the rear bedroom window. No suspects investigation continues.

Robert Orona, 33, of Glenn, was arrested for breaking and entering, battery against a household member, criminal damage to a property of a household member and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to the 1300 block of Lindberg in reference to a breaking and entering. Orona was incarcerated to appear in Magistrate Court.

Brian Sullivan 44, of Tularosa was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for shoplifting and trespassing after he attempted to walk out of Wal-Mart 233 S. New York with merchandise which he didn’t pay for. He had been previously trespassed from Wal-Mart. Sullivan is to appear in Municipal Court.

Agency assist in the 500 block of Kingston where a 75-year-old male was found with no

signs of life. Investigation shows the male subject passed away due to medical/natural

Wednesday, July 8

Eulogio Chavez 33, of the 300 block of 14th was arrested for a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear after he appeared at Municipal Court. He was released to the custody of the court.

Tracy Ochoa 56, of the 5050 block of 24th Street was arrested for a Magistrate Court warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after public contact was made at above address. Ochoa was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court.

At approximately 1:30 p.m., APD Officers, AFD and AMR responded to the intersection of 10th and Virginia reference a vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation revealed an east bound vehicle was struck from a vehicle pulling out of Lowes grocery. The driver of the east bound vehicle and the driver and passenger of the vehicle pulling out of Lowes

Grocery were transported to GCRMC with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle pulling out from Lowes was issued a citation for vehicles emerging from a private drive and no insurance and is to appear in municipal court.

William Zimmerman of the 1000 block of Highway 70 Trail reported that on July 3 at approximately 11:10 p.m. a subject involved in a fight with another subject damaged his vehicle during the fight while it was parked in his driveway. A suspect has been developed and the investigation continues.

Jason Beach, 49, of the 3500 block of Rosewood pursuant to a shoplifting at Wal-Mart,

233 South New York was charged with shoplifting and is to appear in court as ordered.

Natalie Roman, 36, of the 1100 block of Lackland pursuant to an ongoing investigation

was charged with criminal damage to property of household member and is to appear in court as ordered.

Jarred Phillips, 28, of the 500 block of Mercury pursuant to a hit and run investigation was arrested for twp Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and failure to pay

fines. Phillips was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

At approximately 8 p.m. AMR and APD were dispatched to the 200 block of Avenida Amigos in reference to an unresponsive female subject. Upon arrival a 78-year-old female subject was located with no signs of life. Next of kin was on scene and OMI responded.

James Grumbles, 41, of the 1600 block of Hawaii pursuant to an agency assist was arrested for Lincoln County District Court Warrant for violation of a court order. Grumbles was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in district court when notified.

Jonathan Lacy, 35, of the 1000 block of South White Sands pursuant to a disturbance at Carl’s Jr, 829 S. White Sands, was charged with impersonating a police officer and disorderly conduct and is to appear as ordered.

Criminal Damage: Javier Escalante of Guzman Construction reported sometime between 3 p.m. on July 2 and 7:20 a.m. on July 6 unknown person(s) broke the driver side window to an excavator while it was parked at 100 Washington.

Jonathan Ward, 19, of the 500 block of Coronado Drive, pursuant to vehicle theft was arrested for two counts of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools, tampering with a vehicle and criminal damage to property. Friday, July 3

At about 4:07 p.m., officers responded to the area of First Street and Texas Avenue in reference to a crash report. Once on scene, signs of a crash were observed but both vehicles had left the scene. Officers later received contact from a 44-year-old woman saying she was involved in a crash and an unidentifiable woman in a white Dodge Durango hit her and fled the scene. A plate number was obtained and the investigation is ongoing.

Brenda Perez-Valenzuela, 25, of Oklahoma City, pursuant to public contact was arrested on a magistrate court warrant for trafficking a controlled substance. She was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in magistrate court.

Chelsea Morales, 26, of the 200 block of 16th Street, pursuant to suspicious activity was issued a municipal court non-traffic citation for trespassing after she was located inside an abandoned house on Indiana Avenue. She is to appear in municipal court.

Derrick Humphrey, 31, claims homeless, was arrested on a state Department of Corrections arrest order. He was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in district court.

Johnny Freeman, 58, of the 1200 block of Collins, was arrested on a municipal court warrant for FTP. He was released on an unsecured bond to appear in municipal court.

James Brockhurst, 23, of the 3000 block of Hopi Trail, was issued a non-traffic citation for animals at large. He was cited to appear in municipal court.

Leah Roberson, 34 of the 600 block of Coronado, was issued a non-traffic citation for animals-at-large. She was cited to appear in municipal court.

At about 3:39 p.m., APD, ambulance and fire services responded to a vehicle crash with injuries at First and the Bypass. Investigation revealed a 2016 Ford Mustang was traveling north on the bypass when an eastbound 2016 Toyota Corola failed to yield at the stop sign causing a crash. The Mustang driver was taken to GCRMC for non-life threatening injuries. The Corolla driver was cited for careless driving.

Wednesday, July 1

Kaylee Montoya, 26 of the 200 block of Avenida Amigos, pursuant to a domestic disturbance call, was arrested for battery on a household member and battery. The investigation revealed she struck her husband and her 16-year-old stepson during the disturbance. She was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court.

Jose Lueras, 57, of the 2200 block of Abbott, pursuant to a child abuse investigation, he was arrested on a magistrate court warrant for two counts of child abuse. He was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court.

Chad Reed, 35, was arrested on a Magistrate Court Warrant for FTP. He was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court.

Helena Miller, 39, of the 1300 bloc of New York, was arrested on a Municipal Court Warrant for FTA. She was released to the custody of the court.

At approximately 5:05 p.m., officers, ambulance and fire services were dispatched to Fairgrounds and North Florida in reference to a crash with injuries. The investigation revealed a 1999 Ford pickup was traveling north on North Florida and failed to stop at the stop sign crashing into a 2019 Ford car. The crash caused the pickup to overturn causing damage to the road and a stop sign. The driver of the pickup was transported to GCRMC by a friend with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the car sustained minor injuries and declined medial attention. The driver of the pickup was issued a citation for mandatory financial responsibility and vehicle entering stop/yield intersection.

Perla Salais-Solis, 41, of Simpson, pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested for municipal court warrant for FTA. Salais-Solis was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Willard Gimotea, 33, claims homeless, pursuant to a physical domestic was issued a magistrate court non-traffic citation for battery on a household member. Gimotea is to appear in Magistrate Court when notified.

Unattended Death: At approximately 5:30 a.m., ambulance and APD responded to 1800 block of Lamar Circle in reference to an unattended death. On arrival a 53-year-old male was located with no signs of life. Live saving measures were taken without success. OMI responded to scene and Detective Division notified.

Sunshine Jones, 41, of the 1500 block of Indiana Avenue, pursuant to public contact on the 2200 Block of N. White Sands Boulevard, was arrested on a Magistrate Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines and a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines. Jones was released on both warrants on her own recognizance and is to appear in the respective courts as scheduled.

Criminal Damage: Devin Poovey of the 500 block of Bonnell reported damage blue 2015 Ford Fusion while parked at the aforementioned residence. It was reported sometime between 10:30 p.m. on June 28 and 6:30 a.m. on June 29, unknown person(s) threw an egg at her car possibly damaging the vehicle due to the heat. No suspects, investigation continues.

Steven Simpson, 54, of the 500 block of Bonnell was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation after he attempted to shoplift meat from Wal-Mart by placing in his pants to conceal it and leave the store. Simpson was released to appear in Municipal Court.

Adolfo Rankin, 31, reported to be homeless, was issued a Magistrate Court non-traffic citation for battery against a household member after he was involved in a physical altercation with his boyfriend. Rankin allegedly struck his boyfriend in the face multiple times. Rankin is to appear in Magistrate Court.

At approximately 1:29 p.m., APD, AFD and AMR responded to a motor vehicle crash at White Sands and Panorama. Investigation revealed a vehicle traveling south on White Sands attempted to make a left turn onto Panorama and struck a northbound vehicle. The driver and a passenger of the northbound vehicle were transported to GCRMC with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the southbound vehicle was issued a citation for vehicles turning left at an intersection.

Dale Martin, 38, of the 2000 block of Stanford was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for resisting/obstructing an officer. Martin attempted to shoplift a phone from the Dollar Tree located at 2107 N. Florida. When officers arrived Martin led the officers on a short foot pursuit. Dollar Tree did not want to pursue charges. Martin was released to appear in Municipal Court.

Joanna Szewc, 32, of the 1100 block of Mescalero, pursuant to an attempt to locate along with Narcotics Enforcement Unit agents at the aforementioned residence, was arrested on a Magistrate Court arrest warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an investigation that occurred on April 25. Szewc was incarcerated at OCDC in lieu of bond and is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.

Kenneth Murray, 37, of the 500 block of Panorama Boulevard, pursuant to an attempt to locate along with Narcotics Enforcement Unit agents at of the 1100 block of Mescalero, was arrested on two no bond Hold 12th Judicial District Court bench warrants for conditions of release to be revoked/review, and a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to appear or pay fines. At approximately 6:18 p.m. officers responded to the 1800 block of Ocotillo reference a motor vehicle crash involving a moped. Officers located a 54- year-old male was involved in a single vehicle crash. The male subject was transported to GCRMC in critical condition. Detective Division was called to the scene.

Joshua J. Garcia, 21, of the 600 block of Eagle Drive, pursuant to a traffic stop on the 500 Block of 16th Street, was arrested and charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, driving while revoked, negligent use of a deadly weapon, possession of open container and stopping, standing, or parking prohibited. Crystal T. Embezzled/Stolen Vehicle: Heather Habingreither of the 1100 block of Mesquite, reported she loaned her blue 2012 Ford Fusion to a male subject for a specific time frame and the male subject refused to bring back the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as embezzled. At approximately 1:36 a.m. on June 25, the vehicle was located in Montana by State Troopers with three occupants. The investigation is on going and a suspect has been identified.

Matthew T. Miller, 27, of the 1100 block of Mesquite, pursuant to domestic disturbance complaint at the aforementioned residence, was arrested on a no bond hold State of New Mexico Corrections Department of Probation & Parole arrest order for violation of conditions of probation and parole, and charged with criminal damage to property of a household member, battery on a household member and resisting/obstructing an officers. Residential Burglary: Jim Pierce reported sometime between Feb. 5 and June 22 of unknown person(s) entered his secured storage unit located at 1300 Cuba and removed numerous unknown brand tools. Investigation continues.

Residential Burglary: Danilo Valencia of the 100 block of Crews reported sometime between January and June of 2020 unknown person(s) entered his secured residence and removed a Pro Stock for an AR rifle (new in box), Vortex Gen 2 1X6 scope and Vortex Gen 2 5X26 scope and a JBL slip speaker. Investigation continues.

Criminal Damage: Chris Ward of the 1100 block of Jefferson reported sometime between 7 p.m. on June 16 and 7:30 on June 17 unknown person(s) broke the rear window of his tan in color 2010 Ford Escape while it was parked in his driveway. Investigation continues.

Unattended Death: at approximately 8:55 a.m. officers responded to the 200 block of 16th Street reference to an unattended death. Upon arrival officers learned paramedics were conducting life-saving measures on an 80-year-old male patient who had passed away of natural causes and had a DNR in place. OMI was notified and responded. Next of kin was on scene.

Maria Macias, 35 of El Paso, TX pursuant to contact at adult probation was arrested on a Dona Ana magistrate warrant for failure to appear and was ultimately incarcerated.

Suicide: At about 8:13 a.m., officers responded to a residence located on the 700 block of Lindberg Avenue for a welfare check. Officers located a 70-year-old man deceased with an apparent self-inflicted wound. Detectives were notified and OMI were summoned to the scene. Next of kin was notified.

Unattended death: At about 2:29 p.m., officers responded to a residence located on the 1500 block of Michigan Avenue in reference to a unresponsive man. Preliminary investigation revealed the male passed away die to medical/natural causes. Detective Division were notified and OMI was summoned to the scene. Next of kin were on scene.

Attempted breaking and entering: Jared Smith of the 500 block of Coronado Drive reported an attempted breaking and entering at the aforementioned residence. Smith reported that an unidentified male subject attempted to gain entry through a window and broke the window. The male subject is described as about 5'5" wearing a black beanie. Officers immediately arrived to the area had negative results in locating a possible subject. Investigation ongoing.

Residential Burglary: Becky Phillips of the 900 block of Write Avenue reported a residential burglary. Sometime between 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. on June 15 unknown persons tole a Floureon computer modem and damaged wiring to the surveillance video system. No suspects identified, investigation ongoing.

Randal Swens of the 1100 block of McKinley reported that around 9:17 p.m. someone tried to catch his porch in fire. Arson and Detective Units were notified. Investigation continues.

Criminal damage reported at Alamo Jump, 815 New York Avenue. a Large glass pane window was shattered possibly from a pellet. Investigation continues. Officers located the damage at about 3:05 a.m. on June 17.

Monday, June 15

Residential burglary: Anthony Torres reported a burglary at the 2200 block of 10th Street. It was reported sometime within the last week that unknown persons forced entry into the residence and stole a flat screen TV and other property. Investigation ongoing.

Ryan Rice, 37, of the 800 block of Second Street, pursuant to public contact at the 400 block of Alaska Avenue, was arrested on two municipal court warrants for FTA and FTP. Rice was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in municipal court as scheduled.

Criminal damage to property: Micheal Marez of Guzman Construction reported damage to construction equipment at Washington Park area. Sometime between 6 p.m. on June 12 and 7 a.m. June 15, someone broke an excavator tractor's window. No suspects were identified and investigation continues.

Demontrea Curathers, 35 of the 806 block of Miami, pursuant to a domestic was arrested for battery on a household member and assault and was ultimately incarcerated.

Enrique Ramirez, 22, of the 1800 block of Lamar Circle, pursuant to a traffic violation where subject attempted to flee the area at a high rate of speed while passing vehicles in a residential neighborhood was arrested for two counts of resisting/obstructing an officer, reckless driving and parking in alleys. He was ultimately incarcerated.

Friday, June 12

A 17-year-old boy pursuant to a burglary was referred to JPPO fro larceny over $20,000, tampering with evidence, burglary, possession of burglary tools and criminal damage to property. He was released to a parent and is to appear at JPPO when notified.

At about 9:48 a.m., ambulance and Alamogordo Police Department responded to the 400 block of 16th Street in reference to an unresponsive male subject. On arrival, a 79-year old man was located with no signs of life. Lifesaving efforts were conducted without success. OMI and detectives were notified. Next of kin were on scene.

Eduardo Mora, 29 of the 2100 block of Starlight was served with a municipal court warrant for FTA. Mora was released on his own cognizance and is to appear in municipal court when notified.

Unattended death: at about 7:57 p.m. officers responded to the 1800 block of Corte del Sol in reference to an unattended death.. Upon arrival, officers located a 68-year-old man with no signs of life and preliminary investigation revealed the cause of death was self-inflicted. Detectives and OMI arrived on the scene to assist in the investigation and next of kin were notified.

Thursday, June 11

Claudia Baker, 22, of the 3600 block of Ironwood, pursuant to contact at 1376 E. 9th Street was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for FTA. Baker was released back to the courts.

Raven Townsend, 25, of the 1100 block of Mescalero Avenue, pursuant to a shoplifting call at the Family Dollar located at 1300 Highway 70, was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for assault after Townsend approached and confronted the clerk and attempted to remove the cell phone from the clerk’s hand. Townsend is to appear in Municipal Court.

Unattended Death was located in the 1000 block of Post Ave, where a 73-year-old female was located with no signs of life. Preliminary investigation shows the female passed due to natural and medical causes.

Wednesday, June 10

George Swaney, 42, of Mesilla Park, pursuant to an agency assist was arrested on a State of NM Department of Correction warrant for probation violation. Swaney was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in District Court.

Odell Haynes, 63, of the 2100 block of North Florida Avenue, pursuant to an ongoing investigation was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for cruelty to animals, rabies and exposure requirements and tags and collars. It was learned a K-9 passed away due to heat exhausting and lack of water. Haynes is to appear in Municipal Court.

Shawn Sanderson, 45, of the 500 block of Uranus Place, pursuant to an ongoing investigation was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for animals at large, tags and collars and rabies and exposure requirements. To appear in Municipal Court.

Ricardo Estrada, 29, of the 1500 block of Aspen Drive, pursuant to contact at OCDC, was arrested on a Municipal Court Warrant for FTA. Estrada was released back to OCDC. To appear in Municipal Court.

Veronica Rojas, 39 of Southwind, pursuant to contact was arrested on a Municipal Court Warrant for FTA. Rojas was released back to the courts.

Sharon L. Graeme, 41, of Westview Road, pursuant to a shoplifting complaint at the Wal-Mart, 233 S. New York Avenue, was arrested on a Bernalillo County Magistrate Court bench warrant for failure to appear. Graeme was incarcerated at OCDC in lieu of bond and is to appear in the respective courts as scheduled.

Sean M. Sehorn, 42, of Westview Road, pursuant to a shoplifting complaint at the Wal-Mart, 233 S. New York Avenue, was on a Socorro County Magistrate Court bench warrant for failure to appear, a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines and additionally charged with shoplifting and trespassing. Sehorn stole $16.98 worth of merchandise and had been previously trespassed. Sehorn was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in the respective courts as scheduled.

Auto burglary: George Goodwin of the 2500 block of Stanford Avenue reported an auto burglary of his silver 1999 Nissan Quest while parked in the driveway of the aforementioned residence. It was reported sometime between 10 p.m. on June 9 and 7 a.m. on June 10 unknown person(s) unlawfully entered the vehicle and stole yellow and black hand tote toolbox, with miscellaneous hand and power tools. No suspects have been identified and investigation on going.

Tuesday, June 9

Devin Calloway, 28, of Las Cruces, pursuant to contact at Municipal Court was served with Municipal Court Warrant for failure to pay. Calloway was released to the courts.

Mario Lechuga, 35, of the 1300 block of Hawaii pursuant to a physical domestic was issued two Magistrate Court non-traffic citations for criminal damage to property of a household member and battery on a household member. Lechuga is to appear in Magistrate Court when notified.

Travis Mickelson, 20, of the 1000 block of Brooks pursuant to a physical domestic was arrested for battery against a household member. Mickelson was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Magistrate Court when notified.

Larceny reported by Janice Yannacone of the 1400 block of Rockwood. Yannacone reported sometime between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on June 9 person(s) unknown took her teal iPhone 11 while she was working at Wal-Mart.

A 15-year-old boy, pursuant to a domestic dispute was referred to JPO for minor allowing self to be served, battery against a household member and was released to parent.

Commercial Burglary: pursuant to an alarm call at The Blue Stone, 1117 S. White Sands at 3:44 a.m., it was found that an unknown subject forced entry into the building and removed an undisclosed amount of jewelry. Investigation continues.

Monday, June 8

Ramon Castro, 28, of the 2400 block of Yale Avenue pursuant to a domestic dispute was arrested for Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear. Castro was released on

his own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Claudia Baker, 22, of the 3400 block of Ironwood was arrested for Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear Baker was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Zachary Carmichael, 21, of the 800 block of Indian Wells pursuant to a domestic dispute was arrested for Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay fines. Carmichael was also issued a Magistrate Court non-traffic citation for criminal damage to property of a household member. Carmichael is to appear in Magistrate Court when notified.

Holly Wilson, 26, of the 1200 block of Jefferson, pursuant to a previous investigation was issued a Municipal Court non-traffic citation for possession of paraphernalia. Wilson is to appear in Municipal Court when notified.

Larceny reported by Dennis Romo of the 2400 block of Yale. Romo reported sometime between May 23 and May 29 person unknown took his Roadmaster Mountain bike from the backyard. No suspects currently investigation continues.

Auto burglary reported by Tyron Smalls of the 200 block of Dublin. Smalls reported sometime between 1 p.m. on June 3 and 7 a.m. on June 5 person(s) unknown entered his unsecured 2006 Toyota Camry while it was parked in his driveway and removed a black Galaxy note 8, car charger, and a silver portable power pack. No suspects currently investigation continues.

Auto burglary reported by Jordan Kendall of the 200 block of Dublin. Kendall reported sometime between 1 p.m. on June 3 and 7 a.m. on June 5 person(s) unknown entered his unsecured 2005 Nissan Xterra while it was parked in front of his residence and removed a bag of Wilson Golf Club, a traveling case and two Arbys’s Gift cards. No suspects currently investigation continues.

Vivian Granado, 18, of the 1200 block of Jefferson, pursuant to a call for suspicious activity was charged with resisting/obstructing an officer, concealing identity, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia and is to appear in court as ordered.

Criminal Damage: Jose Garza reported sometime between 8 a.m. and 1:49 p.m. unknown person(s) damaged a tire on his 2002 Gray Ford truck by puncturing the tire while it was parked at OCDC.

Clinton Gray, 28 of Wildcat Lane, pursuant to a call for trespassing was arrested for Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear, Municipal Court warrant for failure to pay and additionally charged with possession of paraphernalia. Gray was ultimately incarcerated.

Javier Jimenez, 30, of the 100 block of North Florida, pursuant to contact of an intoxicated subject was charged with possession of paraphernalia and is to appear when summonsed.

Sunday, June 7

Auto burglary reported by a Mathew Jones of the 1500 block of Galway Drive, advised that between 7 p.m. June 3 and 10 a.m. June 4 person(s) entered his 2019 Chrysler as it was parked in his driveway and removed numerous items including women's white and pink Nike Illusion size 8 shoes and a a dark gray stretch herringbone blazer. Investigation continues.

Larceny reported Crystal Moncada of the 100 block of South New York Avenue, advised that between 2 p.m. June 1 and 9:44 a.m. June 6 person(s) removed her black Apple iPod from her yard. The iPod later showed an activation in Albuquerque. Investigation continues.

Anthony Kelly, 50, of the 3200 block of Sioux Trail, pursuant to a shoplifting call at Wal-Mart (233 New York Avenue) was issued a municipal court non-traffic citation for shoplifting. He is to appear in municipal court.

Victor R. Stogden, 27, of the 2300 block of Pine Drive, pursuant to a report of a domestic disturbance and shots fired call was arrested and charged with battery against a household member and battery. He was incarcerated at OCDC pending bond as is to appear in magistrate court as scheduled.

Hollie S. Wilson, 26, of 1200 block of Jefferson, pursuant to a report of a domestic disturbance and shots fired call, was arrested and charged with DWI, resisting or obstructing and driving while suspended. She was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in municipal court as scheduled.

Bobby Dirickson, 36, of Crestwood, pursuant to an absconding investigation by the detective division and with assistance from OCSO, NMDP and USBP was located at the aforementioned residence, was arrested on a no bond hold magistrate court arrest warrant for escape from jail. He was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in magistrate court as scheduled.

Hailey M. Quintero, 22, of Scorpion Road, was arrested on a no bond hold State of New Mexico Department of OProbation and Parole Division arrest order for violations of her conditions of probation/parole. She was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in district court as scheduled.

Saturday, June 6

Larceny reported by management of O-Reilly's auto Parts, 500 South White Sands. Sometime between 8 p.m. on June 4 and 7 a.m. June 5 person(s) removed all four tires from a 2009 Ford which was parked in the parking lot. Investigation continues.

Crash: At about 7:30 p.m., APD officers, AMR and AFD responded to the south overpass in reference to a crash with injuries. The crash was between a passenger car and a motorcycle. A 38-year old woman was driving a blue 2014 Chrvy passenger car was traveling east in the outside lane in a reckless manner when she crashed into the rear of a 1987 Harley Davidson being operated by a 58-year old man who was ejected from the motorcycle and suffered severe but non-life threatening injuries. He was taken to GCRMC for further treatment.

Michele L. Kline, 38, of the 200 bloc of South Florida, pursuant to a car crashing into a motorcycle was charged with DWI, reckless driving and other pending traffic citations. She was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in municipal court as scheduled.

Jose A. Lara, 38, of the 200 block of New York Avenue, was arrested on a magistrate court bench warrant for failure to appear. He was incarcerated in OCDC in lieu of bond and is to appear in magistrate court as scheduled.

Laura E. Lara, 39, of the 100 block of Delaware, pursuant to a traffic stop was issued a non-traffic citation for possession of marijuana paraphernalia. She is to appear in municipal court as scheduled.

Escapee: At about 9:07 p.m. officers responded to GCRMC in reference to an escaped male prisoner. A 36-year-old man being held at OCDC needing medical treatment was transported to the hospital and was guarded by a hired contract security firm, was able to escape from the hospital. APD officers and detectives with the assistance of OCSC and Border Patrol agents searched the area, but to no avail. Investigation continues

Friday, June

Desanae Gonzalez, 19 of the 1220 block of Jefferson, pursuant to a shoplifting call at 233 South New York Avenue. She received a non-traffic citation for shoplifting. She is to appear in municipal court.

Valentino Orasco, 49, of Las Cruces, pursuant to public contact was arrest on a Doña Ana Magistrate Court warrant for aggravated battery against a household member. He was incarcerated into OCDC and is to appear in Doña Ana Magistrate Court.

Sam Fife, 31, of Cloudcroft, pursuant to a traffic stop was arrested for driving on a revoked license. He was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in municipal court.

Bryce Finch, 42, of the 2500 block of Highway 70, pursuant to an agency assist was arrested on a state of New Mexico Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation. He was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in district court.

Christopher Garcia, 31, of the 400 block of New York,pursuant to an agency assist was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a deadly weapon. He was incarcerated into OCDC to appear in magistrate court.

Terri Harper-Blunt, 59, of the 1300 block of McKinley, pursuant to shoplifting at 233 South New York (Wal-Mart) was issued a municipal court non-traffic citation for shoplifting. She is to appear in municipal court.

Eli W. Addington, 39, of the 1800 block of Washington Avenue, pursuant to an agency assist, was arrested on a municipal court bench warrant for failure to pay fines. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in municipal court as scheduled.

Thursday, June 4

Eddie Torres, 45, pursuant to a disturbance investigation regarding someone pointing a gun at a subject was arrested a District Court Warrant for failure to comply, a Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear and a Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to appear. He was additionally charged with attempt to commit a felony, to wit: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in the respective courts.

John Hann, 25, was arrested on a Municipal Court Warrant for failure to pay fines. He was released on an unsecured bond to appear in Municipal Court.

Chelsea Morales, 26, was arrested on a Lea County Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to appear. She was incarcerated at OCDC to await extradition to Lea County.

Colby Stinnett, 31, of the 300 block of Glacier, pursuant to a call of a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road, was arrested for DWI and vehicle stopping/standing/parking prohibited. He was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in Municipal Court.

Wednesday, June 3

Melvin Pinter, 67, of Timberon, was arrested on an Adult Probation Arrest Order for probation violation. He was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in District Court.

Issac Priego, 21, of the 200 block of North Florida, pursuant to a domestic disturbance call, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, battery on a household member, criminal damage to the property of a household member and battery. He was incarcerated at OCDC to appear in Magistrate Court.

Bobbie Fairlamb, 59, and Donald Fairlamb, 66, of Claunch NM, pursuant to a call of a dog being left in the vehicle at Lowes Home Improvement, were each issued a non traffic citation for cruelty to animals. They are to appear in Magistrate Court.

Travis Slaven, 38 of Desert Willow, was arrested on a District Court Warrant for failure to appear. He was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in Magistrate Court.

A 15-year-old boy is being referred to JPPO for possession of paraphernalia after being found in possession of a glass marijuana bong. He was released to his parents.

Timothy Dwiggins, 38, claims homeless pursuant to a public contact was arrested for District Warrant (FTA) and Magistrate Court Warrant (FTA). Dwiggins was additionally charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamines) and possession of paraphernalia. Dwiggins is to appear in respective courts when notified.

Tuesday, June 2

Criminal Damage reported by Jonathan Steinert of the 300 block of Panorama Boulevard advised between the evening of May 31 and 9:30 a.m. on June 2 person(s) keyed his 2019 Ford Fiesta as it was parked at this location. Investigation continues.

Bryan Haney, 36, of the 900 block of Mescalero, was arrested for disorderly conduct, after he began screaming and cussing towards officers and customers while at 221 White S. Sands (Murphy’s gas Station). Haney was released on his own recognizance. To appear in Municipal Court.

Zeba Morris-French, 51, of Glencoe NM, pursuant to public contact was arrested on a Lincoln County Magistrate Court Warrant for FTA. Morris-French was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in Lincoln County Magistrate Court.

Santiago Holguin, 20, of the 1300 block of 15th Street, pursuant to a disturbance was arrested on a Magistrate Court Warrant for FTP and a Municipal Court Warrant for FTP. Santiago was incarcerated into OCDC. To appear in respective courts.

Auto Burglary reported by NMSU-A Staff advised that at 4:30 p.m. on June 2 a male subject in a black in color two-door sedan, entered a 2005 Chevy truck and removed numerous tools while this truck was parked in front of the facility building located at 2400 N. Scenic Drive. Investigation continues.

Breaking and Entering reported by Mark Grinstead advised person(s) broke into his shed located behind the Rolla arena located at the 2000 block of Indian Wells. This occurred between the last two weeks. Unknown at this time, of items taken.

Criminal Damage: Randall Swenes of the 1100 block of McKinley reported criminal damage to his white 2017 Ford Focus while parked in his driveway. It was reported some time between 11:50 p.m. and 11:55 p.m. on June 2, unknown person(s) broke the rear window and driver side rear window with a large rock. No suspects have been identified and the investigation is on going.

Accidental Shooting: At approximately 11:06 p.m., Officers responded to GCRMC, 2669 N. Scenic in reference to a 70-year-old male arrived to the ER by personal vehicle with a gun shot wound to his right foot area. As a result of the investigation, it was learned the shooting was accidental by mishandling of the firearm which occurred at a residence located on the 800 Block of San Juan. The injury was non-life threatening.

Monday, June 1

Criminal Damage reported at the concrete ditch located near the intersection of Fairgrounds and Pecan. The damage consisted of red in color spray paint with the phrase “(redacted) the Police”. Investigation continues.

Criminal damage reported by Randall Swens, stated sometime between 9 a.m. May 31 and 7:30 a.m. June 1 person(s) broke out the east side windows to his residence located at the 1100 block of McKinley. Investigation continues.

Deandra Cordova, 35, of the 800 block of Ssecond Street, pursuant to a traffic stop, was arrested and charged resisting and obstructing an officer, a no bond hold 12th Judicial District Court bench warrant for failure to appear, a Doña Ana Third Judicial District Court bench warrant for failure to appear, and a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to appear. During arrest, Cordova resisted arrest and had to be physically subdued. Cordova was incarcerated at OCDC and is to appear in the respective courts as scheduled.

Robert Luna, 37, of the 1200 block of Lackland, pursuant to a disturbance at the 2800 block of Birdie Loop, was arrested on a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines. Luna was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in Municipal Court as scheduled.

Javon A. Gary, 26, of the 2000 block of Stanford, pursuant to a domestic disturbance complaint, was arrested and charged with battery against a household member, two counts of resisting or obstructing an officers, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property and served with a Municipal Court bench warrant for failure to pay fines. Gary

was incarcerated at OCDC pending bond and is to appear in the respective Courts as

scheduled.

Neil L. Rodriguez, 32, of the 1400 block of Cuba Avenue, pursuant to a domestic disturbance at the aforementioned residence, was arrested and charged with false imprisonment and assault on a household member. Rodriguez was incarcerated at OCDC pending bond is to appear in Magistrate Court as scheduled.
