Accenture Duck Creek Policy Software Positioned Again as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Property & Casualty Insurance Policy Management Modules, N.A. for Policy Software
The company was positioned in the Leaders quadrant for its “ability to execute” and “completeness of vision.” The Magic Quadrant report evaluated seven providers' capabilities to supply full, end-to-end policy management and issuance functionality and focuses on North American vendors that have demonstrated an ability to scale their solutions to support the business needs of Tier 1-3 insurers within
“Insurers buying these solutions are increasingly focused on speed to deployment. They are seeking vendors that offer mature policy management modules (and complementary systems) with comprehensive functionality and out-of-the box-content. A proven track record of supporting relevant LOBs and a proven ability to support rapid implementations are essential. To reflect these market realities, Gartner has more heavily weighted the evaluation criteria under Ability to Execute that deal with product or service offerings, market responsiveness/record and customer experience,” wrote
Duck Creek Policy is part of the suite that includes Duck Creek Billing, Duck Creek Claims and Duck Creek Rating software. The configurable software is designed to work independently or as a combined approach to manage all aspects of the P&C insurance lifecycle.
