Winner of American Modern Insurance Group’s “Reel Big Catch” Photo Contest Will Get Five Night Bass Fishing Vacation in Mexico
American Modern Insurance Group, which provides insurance for recreational vehicles such as fishing boats, is sponsoring the "Reel Big Catch" photo contest at reelbigcatch.com. The person whose photo catches the most votes from visitors to the website will win a five night bass fishing vacation for two at Anglers Inn on Lake El Salto, Mexico.
In addition to airfare and all-inclusive accommodations, the trip also includes a day of bass fishing with tournament angler Joe Thomas, host of "Stihl's Reel in the Outdoors with Joe Thomas" and "Ultimate Match Fishing" on Outdoor Channel. The trip is scheduled for June 27 - July 1, 2011.
"As a tournament angler and TV host, I've been able to take trips all over the world fishing. I've fished the best bodies of water anywhere," Mr. Thomas said. "There's nowhere I would go on the planet that could come close to Anglers Inn on Lake El Salto in Mexico. It's the best bass lake, the best lodge, the best people, and the best experience of your life."
"American Modern began advertising on 'Reel in the Outdoors' starting in July," said Dennis Robich, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Development at American Modern Insurance Group. "We have a very competitive offering for a wide variety of boat types; most especially bass boats. We're using the ad campaign and the 'Reel Big Catch' photo contest to raise awareness and build our brand."
Fishermen and fisherwomen can upload photos of their "reel big catches" by visiting reelbigcatch.com, where all of the contest rules and details can be found. The contest begins today, and photos may be submitted up to October 31. The voting phase of the contest will run from November 1 through November 15.
