Wilk Auslander Attorney Stuart M. Riback to Participate in Faculty of Practising Law Institute’s 2010 Intellectual Property Program in New York City
Mr. Riback will be speaking on bankruptcy issues related to licensing including the treatment of IP and IP licenses under bankruptcy law, the consequences of licensors and licensees going bankrupt, the structuring of IP transactions to address bankruptcy risk, negotiating tips to address the bankruptcy contingency and preserving IP rights in the face of bankruptcy.
