Wells Fargo Insurance Services Expands North Bay Employee Benefits Team

Kevin Mogan and Chris Padowan join company’s Petaluma Office

PETALUMA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc. – part of Wells Fargo & Company – today announced that Kevin Mogan and Chris Padowan have joined its North Bay employee benefits practice as vice president and senior account executive, respectively. Mogan will be responsible for business development, including new client acquisition and the design, placement and management of employee benefit programs. Padowan will be responsible for the marketing, implementation and management of employee benefit programs for some of the division’s largest North Bay clients. Both will be based in Petaluma and report to John Fradelizio, managing director for Wells Fargo Insurance Services' employee benefit practice.

Mogan joins Wells Fargo Insurance Services after working with Lincoln Financial Group as a Wholesale marketing representative. In his role, he maintained broker relationships and supported sales and business development. Mogan graduated with a bachelor of science in Business Administration from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Padowan returns to Wells Fargo Insurance Services after working as senior associate for Mercer’s Health and Benefits Practice. In his role, he managed multiple and complex design plans and provided technical sales support resulting in multi-year new business development success. He also served as unit manager and senior account executive for Alliant Resources Group where he led the company’s Northern California benefits operations and maintained 100 percent in client retention. Padowan graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
