Vertafore Deepens Commitment to Mobility Leadership with Appointment of Harry Snyder

In his new role, Snyder will focus on the development of new SaaS mobile products that help insurance professionals more efficiently service, sell and advise from any location.

Since 2011, Vertafore has adopted a strategy of ensuring its solutions are mobile-optimized and accessible via the cloud on any browser, equipping producers and underwriters with tools to help them be more successful in the field. This year alone, Vertafore has made it possible for more than 150,000 users to conveniently leverage its online solutions via a tablet or smartphone.

Most recently, Snyder served as Vertafore vice president of development, carrier & MGA markets. Prior to Vertafore, Snyder founded FinancePro, which piloted a web-based solution for premium finance loan management and agent quoting. FinancePro was acquired by AMS, which became Vertafore. Earlier in his career, Snyder was in charge of engineering for the automation of ESPN.com and ABCNews.com.
