VeriClaim Acquires Property Claims Services [Professional Services Close – Up]

T&H Global Holdings, a provider of specialized insurance claims services to insurance carriers, insurance brokers, corporations and public entities, announced that its VeriClaim, Inc. subsidiary has acquired Property Claims Services, Inc. (PCS), a provider of loss adjusting and claims handling services to the property and casualty insurance market.

"The acquisition of PCS strengthens VeriClaim's loss adjusting presence in the South and Central U.S., and expands our P&C claims capabilities for our global client base", said Michael Arbour, President and CEO of T&H. "PCS has a 34-year history of providing the highest quality specialized claims services for the insurance market and the expertise of PCS's employees enhances our ability to respond to our client's loss adjusting needs."

According to a release, based in Dallas, Texas, PCS specializes in both property and liability claims services including adjustments, investigations, appraisals and surveys.
