Van Dinter Re-brands as Altus Global Recovery [Health & Beauty Close – Up]

Proquest LLC

Van Dinter & Associates (VDA), an asset recovery management, services and systems firm, said that it has re-branded as Altus Global Recovery to position the firm at the highest level and set a new industry standard for delivering even greater results for current and future customers.

According to the Company, the new name is representative of how the company has grown and where it now stands in the industry - at the top of the field in quality of clients, trusted relationships, advanced technology and services delivered in asset recovery management.

The name "Altus" means top, in Latin. The use of "global" positions the company as a global player - a company of substance, depth and breadth. Incorporating the word "recovery" into the name identifies the company's expertise and mission to achieve the greatest success in asset recovery for clients, of any size and in any industry. The company is simultaneously launching its new website altusgr.com and is expanding into new markets where clients can benefit from the Altus array of asset management services and systems.

"We have the best people, premier technology and are in a great position for growth," said Ken Green, president and CEO. "Our goal is to maximize results for our clients with advanced technology, personalized approach and highest ethical standards."

Green said the company's personalized approach and results- oriented culture start with the company's senior management team, which works with clients to provide the right tools for decision- making, management, measurement and improving productivity. Each client's customized array of services can include receivables recovery, online account management, delinquency rate modeling to help reduce delinquencies, benchmarking data for forecasting projected recoveries, asset searches, credit checks, internal systems that provide advanced alerts to suspected premium fraud and in-house client training. Additionally, the company has pioneered the use of technology and customized approaches to help its clients maximize profits with faster results than are typical in the industry.

As Altus Global Recovery, the company's vision is to continue growing the insurance business, while expanding into new markets, such as financial services, software, freight forwarding and medical. The company is supporting the growth by adding new services and more advanced proprietary software programming and systems, Green said.

"We are taking new actions that will benefit our clients, our company, its people, their families and the community for years to come," said Green. "We are entering the most exciting times."
