Each client's customized array of services can include receivables recovery, online account management, delinquency rate modeling to help reduce delinquencies, benchmarking data for forecasting projected recoveries, asset searches, credit checks, internal systems that provide advanced alerts to suspected premium fraud and in-house client training. Additionally, the company has pioneered the use of technology and customized approaches to help its clients maximize profits with faster results than are typical in the industry.
As Altus Global Recovery, the company's vision is to continue growing the insurance business, while expanding into new markets, such as financial services, software, freight forwarding and medical. The company is supporting the growth by adding new services and more advanced proprietary software programming and systems, Green said.
