USI Insurance Services Acquires BHB Insurance Services

USI Insurance Services ("USI") announced the closing of the acquisition of BHB Insurance Services ("BHB") headquartered in Toms River, N.J. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

As one of the largest independent insurance agencies in New Jersey, BHB is best known for its community associations practice group (primarily condos and homeowners associations), which dates back to the 1970's. BHB also provides a wide array of other commercial and personal property and casualty products and services. A new location for USI, BHB's office and its employees will remain in Toms River, New Jersey and continue serving their clients throughout the State. By acquiring this agency, USI's Northeast footprint has been further extended in this important and growing market, and strengthens the Company's vision of becoming the number one brand in the middle-market insurance brokerage industry in the United States.
