Transax International To Be Featured on CNN

MIAMI, Fl -  August 3, 2005 Transax International Limited ("Transax") (OTC Bulletin Board: TNSX) announced today that the company and a demonstration of its "real time-on line" solution for auto-adjudication of healthcare claims will be featured soon on CNN’s Lou Dobbs Show for a "Business Odyssey/Business & Beyond" segment produced by Platinum Television Group, a leading television production company specializing in educational programming.

Scripting of the feature has begun and filming is scheduled during August 2005. The television segment will demonstrate the company’s solution in a live setting and include endorsements from major health insurance companies.  It will air as part of its "Business Odyssey/Business & Beyond" series during the fourth quarter of 2005.
