The Solberg Company and Alert Disaster Control Announce Strategic Partnership
| Source: | PR Web |
Under the agreement, Solberg will supply Alert Disaster Control with STORM ALERT™ foam concentrates — the world’s highest performing foam concentrates, manufactured to the exacting standards of Alert Disaster Control. Not only are STORM ALERT™ foam concentrates the highest performing firefighting foams, in addition they are also environmentally sustainable — 100% fluorosurfactant and fluoropolymer-free foam concentrates — an innovation in Class B firefighting foam.
Alert Disaster Control and Solberg, respectively, have earned a reputation for quality, dependability and performance in the aeronautical, aviation, chemical, marine, mining, offshore, petroleum exploration and production, petrochemical, power generation and transportation industries.
“We appreciate the confidence ALERT has shown with the performance of Solberg RF series foam concentrates,” said
Alert Disaster Control emergency response team personnel encompass centuries of combined experience involving hundreds of oil/gas well firefighting and blowout control, critical well integrity, pressure control/snubbing, well control, relief well engineering and project management, marine and industrial firefighting, hazardous material control and toxic environment protection operations, worldwide.
ALERT emergency response teams have managed and successfully controlled a spectrum of such incidents through the provision of professional, expedient and cost-effective solutions. These operations have included the first application of Solberg RF series foam concentrates and resulting successful extinguishment of actual fires involving industrial and process facilities, petroleum exploration assets, storage terminals and marine vessels.
“Our industry is faced with unprecedented challenges in its quest for natural resources through extreme conditions, circumstances and economics,” said
Performance based and environmentally sustainable product solutions like STORM ALERT™ provide Alert Disaster Control with a tremendous advantage throughout the design process and provision of the correct apparatus, systems, training, techniques and application methodologies required to eliminate risk to personnel, the environment and assets.
“Solberg is committed to quality, performance, service and safety, along with environmental responsibility. This philosophy enables the company to flourish while delivering innovations and value. We look forward to partnering with Mike and his global emergency response teams under this agreement.” said Kennedy.
“From the outset of our operations some three decades ago, ALERT has strived to continually be the most sought after emergency response and integrated risk management solutions service partner, worldwide. In our quest to maintain this position, we have considered several strategic opportunities that would enable us to continually expand and differentiate our business. Solberg shares that progressive-thinking philosophy, so that the partnership between ALERT and Solberg represents the right step forward for both our organizations and our new and existing customer base,” said Allcorn.
