The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company Names Keith Gleason National Personal Producer of the Year
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company recently named Keith Gleason, of Camden, Maine, as the company’s National Personal Producer of the Year for 2009, at its annual convention for insurance agents held in December in Dallas, Texas. With this year’s award, he becomes the company’s first ever National First Year Achiever and National Personal Producer of the Year.
In addition to the top personal producer award, Gleason received recognition in ten other categories ranging from top Value Seller Award to President’s Award for both personal and team production.
“I want to congratulate Keith on his continued success, and commend him for the quality and consistency of his business and client relations,” announced Senior Vice President Jack Heller. “Keith works with integrity and an untiring commitment to the company and client. We look forward to him developing other agents to follow in his footsteps.”
“What is most impressive is that Keith was able to take on more responsibility as a District Manager – which involved building and training a team of agents of his own – and maintain his personal production at a level higher than any other agent in the company,” said Division Leader Bruce Libby of Portsmouth, N. H.
Gleason finished the year with over $1.6 million in personal production, which increased his career production to over $6 million in just 3.5 years with the company.
