TIS Nashville has provided insurance to the trucking industry for over 35 years. With the acquisition of ICS, TIS Nashville has increased their footprint in the owner operator trucking space and has also expanded their coverage menu and service capabilities. Tom Tolbert, the founder of ICS, will remain on as President/Partner of ICS and will retain his entire management team in the new organization.
Scott Hendricks, CEO of TIS Nashville commented on the recent merger, “We are fortunate that Tom will remain on board as President. This merger will have an immediate positive impact on both organizations and the clients to which we serve.”
Scott believes that this new addition will integrate very quickly with TIS and lead to future innovations. TIS recently brought several new insurance programs to their agency network and have plans to continue this expansion.
