Ms. Loder joins SPH with ten years' experience in the healthcare industry and over twenty-five years in business and law.

Loder has served as general counsel for payers in Medicare, Medicaid and the commercial space., including serving as General Counsel for Clear One Health Plans and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Windsor Health Plan, Inc.

Ms. Loder holds her Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School, a Masters of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Maryland College Park. Her expertise includes risk management, arbitration, contracts, negotiation, litigation management, insurance, corporate law, licensing and compliance with legal mandates and regulatory requirements.
