Swiss Re Awards Contract Extension To Perot Systems
Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE:PER), a provider of information technology services and business solutions, announced on Wednesday (18 March) that it has been awarded a 10-year extension to its current administrative services agreement with Swiss Re, a diversified global reinsurer.
Under the terms of the renewal agreement, Perot Systems is to continue to provide ongoing administrative and business process services, including support for new Swiss Re acquisitions, customer service and transaction processing through Perot Systems LifeSys full service policy administration platform.
