As CCO, Thesing will be responsible for the continued development of Stewart’s corporate compliance and risk management programs. This includes communicating, institutionalizing and monitoring standards and procedures across the company to maintain compliance and manage risk throughout all areas.

Thesing’s background is in compliance, commercial litigation and complex regulatory matters. He has provided counsel and advice to corporations on global anti-corruption and anti-fraud initiatives, establishment of compliance programs, acquisitions and agent due diligence, special investigations and defense before U.S. regulators. He has also provided counsel, advice and litigation support services on law enforcement issues, internal investigations, complex litigation, insurance coverage opinions and bad faith claims.
