ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 1 -- State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance, Bloomington, Illinois, has been assigned a patent (8,818,572) developed by Nathan Lee Tofte, Downs, Illinois, James M. Freeman, Normal, Illinois, and Brian N. Harvey, Bloomington, Illinois, for a "system and method for controlling a remote aerial device for up-close inspection."
