This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 561621. This contract request is for providing FOCUS Superior Maintenance Support Service for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, hospital at Fort Gordon, GA. Potential vendor must be able to provide a warranty and services for the system, equipment and services already installed and provided by current contractor. *********CONTRACTOR MUST BEGIN WORKING 3 JUNE 2014************ The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below: S2 Node certified 4 hour response time Must be certified to work on all hardware and software. Ultimate Support Services Technical 24 Hour, 7 Day a Week contact with a vendor team member including on-line software support for PC based systems. Tech Systems Buyer Protection Policy includes direct replacement of any system component that fails during the first 12 months of operation. Software Upgrades provided by the manufacturer free of charge shall be installed for all PC based systems installed by Tech Systems Inc. providing the upgrade is compatible with the customer's current PC operating system. Quality Assurance Audits will be performed quarterly to ensure system integrity and conformance to all applicable codes and policies. Audits to be scheduled in advance and performed during normal business hours at the convenience of both parties. On-Site Technician will be dedicated to the client two days per week. Maintenance Inspections will be performed weekly to provide preventative and predictive maintenance of system components. Inspections to be scheduled in advance and performed during normal business hours at the convenience of both parties. System Administration will be performed weekly to provide report functions and archiving of database. Economic Billable Service for service calls resulting from acts of nature, misuse, vandalism, abuse, power failures or fluctuations or the failure of interconnected equipment will be performed regardless of the time or day the support services are provided. Covert CCTV System Rental available as required by the client. Guaranteed 4-Hour Response to service calls 7 days a week. 100% System Functionality upon completion of the first service. Recording Media will be provided for applicable system components. Badging Services will provide the necessary labor to assist clients with making badges. Badging Supplies to include consumable supplies such as affixing devices, card printer ribbons, unprinted standard PVC or adhesive back cards will be provided under the agreement. This will not include access cards. All Labor performed by vendor required to maintain the defined covered equipment in good operating condition. All Parts as required to maintain the defined covered equipment in good operating condition. Educational Security and Risk Management assessments will be performed. Product and Technology Seminars sponsored by vendor will be available. Unlimited Operator/System Training will be provided for any system or addition to an existing system that is covered by the support services agreement.
