Soffront Introduces CRM Software That is Simpler to Use Than Competitors

Fremont, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) March 28, 2011

Soffront Software Inc., a leading provider of CRM software for 18 years, today announced its V.9.1 cloud-based solution is simpler to use without giving up the robust features found in the industry-leading competitive products. Moreover, Soffront’s fully integrated program eliminates the need for multiple add-on programs for complete front office functionality. The easy-to-brand customizability is one of the single most important features customers name as to why they choose Soffront CRM.

“Soffront has a totally different approach to supporting the salesperson,” CEO Manu Das says. “We built a cloud based product designed to mimic the sales process with a CRM solution that’s much simpler to navigate as a salesperson moves through the application to record and update activities with prospects and customers.” Das continues, “Users simply don’t have to take 20 steps anymore to record a single contact and by simplifying the workflow the customer support team will find the system simple and easy to access. The products from competitors are often too cumbersome for salespeople to use, one of the key reasons a company’s CRM implementations will fail.”

One key feature of Soffront’s CRM software is its single communications screen that simplifies navigation. All communication with customers is documented in a single view so contact is easier to initiate because there are fewer steps required to review the contact history with a customer or prospect than required by other CRM products. All emails are also captured in the communication notes so users view all the details in a single screen without having to scroll through multiple screens or attachments.

Soffront is a complete front office solution that eliminates the need for users to subscribe to multiple add-on packages to achieve full functionality. Users get a fully integrated solution with Soffront. Sales, marketing, customer service, helpdesk and operations are all included in the monthly per seat license price. The Soffront platform simplifies third party add-on vendor management for IT personnel with one single license and invoice to manage. Moreover, all upgrades happen at one time, eliminating the possibility of incompatibility problems between third-party vendors or a complete loss of functionality.

Customers typically name customization as one of the key features that led them to choose Soffront. Drag-and-drop customization eliminates the need for someone with programming experience to manage the user interface. According to Brent Taylor of StoneEagle Group, a leading designer and provider of secure software applications for insurance and finance organizations, We didn’t have to bend our processes to fit the software. Soffront CRM is extremely flexible, allowing us to easily customize it to fit our needs. We started out using Soffront CRM in our customer service division, but have since expanded its use to include four separate divisions.”

Soffront’s v.9.1 fully supports Outlook 2010 and the latest version of QuickBooks 2011. Its look and feel has been redesigned: improvements for sales include drag and drop activities and update features; customer support improvements include measurement for first call resolution tickets; marketing upgrades include pre-set, automated e-mail options; and CRM administration upgrades feature an improved workflow engine to easily configure workflow, approvals, and inter-departmental processes.
