Serebra Expands Its International Reseller Presence

Partnerships Signed with Resellers in the United States and Australia

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Serebra Learning Corporation (TSX VEN: SLC), a leading e-learning solutions provider, is pleased to announce official reseller partnerships with eGlobal Outsourcing, headquartered in New South Wales, Australia and Cristial LLC, based in Colorado, USA, and the renewal of a long-standing partnership with Caliber Data Training, located in Illinois, USA. Resellers are responsible for selling Serebra’s proprietary technology and courseware in their respective markets.

Serebra is pleased to welcome eGlobal and Cristial to the Serebra reseller team. eGlobal has sold complete corporate training programs incorporating Serebra’s learning management system and courseware to clients in the media and financial sectors, and will continue to market Serebra technology and courseware in the Australian market. By creating a best of breed solution utilizing the Serebra platform, courseware libraries from two content providers and custom-created courseware, Cristial recently entered a three-year agreement to provide corporate online training for a major auto insurance provider in the United States.

Serebra is also happy to renew its longest standing reseller partnership with Caliber Data Training. Caliber has been a strategic partner with Serebra for over 20 years and will continue to sell to existing clients including major players in the telecom, manufacturing and financial sectors.
