SeaBright Insurance Holdings Inc changes name to SeaBright Holdings Inc

SeaBright Insurance Holdings Inc (NYSE:SBX), the holding company of insurance underwriter SeaBright Insurance Company, has changed its name to SeaBright Holdings Inc, the company said on Monday.

This name change was made to better reflect the different products and services offered by SeaBright's subsidiary companies.

SeaBright's NYSE ticker symbol 'SBX' will not change and the company expects to be trading under its new name, SeaBright Holdings Inc, as of 1 June 2010.
